The "admission to West grand Canyon with a lunch $69.00/person" will be collected by the local Indian Reservation management, so it is mandatory. This fee only covers one lunch when the tour visits West Grand Canyon. If you choose not to have the lunch, you will need to arrange your own lunch at your own cost, however, you will still need to pay the $69.00 in full. Since the tour cost does not include meals, so there is no breakfast included in the Stratosphere Hotel. When it's meal time, your tour guide will make arrangement for all guests, and all guests will get to choose their own meals by their personal preference and pay from their own pockets.

This tour will visit the most famous spots in the Yellowstone National Park, such as Old Faithful, Mammoth Hot Spring, Fishing Bridge, and Yellowstone Lake etc.. However, since your tour cost does not include meals, so there are no breakfast included in this tour. When it's meal time, your tour guide will make meal arrangement for all guests. You are free to choose the meals and pay from your own pocket.

On the last day of this tour, we offer guests a complimentary NY airports (LGA/EWR/JFK) drop-off service, however, we do require guests who plan to fly out from the mentioned three major NY airport to arrange their flights to depart after 6:45 PM. So, unfortunately we are unable to provide you an early airport drop-off service with or without charge. You will need to leave the tour early and to arrange your own transportation to get to the airport. If you choose to do so, you will need to leave a clear note in the "comment"section while you make the reservation to enable us to make arrangement for you accordingly.

Request you to please help answer the below questions, so that we can select this as an option to book. a) As i live in a Hotel in Poughkeepsie, i will have to take a train to Grand Central Station. So which is the near by location for me to get the pick up ? I am not familiar with the city/trains. I only know to reach Grand Central Station. b) My baby is 2 Years, so will there be a fees for the baby ? c) The service charge of 6$ to tour guide to be paid for both myself and my wife ? Should i pay for my child aswell ? d) Is there any other hidden costs other than the $736? e) Is it mandatory to take some of the optional tour / entry fees ? f) On return can we get a drop at Poughkeepsie / Fishkill as we are reaching very late g) As we are pure vegetarian, can we get packed foods ? h) What do you mean by Hotel Service ? a) On the first day of the tour, you will have the following options to meet up with your tour guide if you arrive by train:
-JFK - Terminal # 7 "Hudson News" newsstand
-EWR - Terminal C Continental Airlines
-LGA - Terminal B United Airlines
(between 9:00am-10:00pm)
or: If you arrive before 5:00pm, please meet the tour at Chinatown (48 Bowery, New York, NY 10013) for a transfer to hotel.
Please make a note in the "comment" section while you make your reservation.
b) If your baby is 2 year-old, he/she will pay for a child price. Price for child applies when a 2-9 years old child staying in one standard room as a third or fourth person.
c) Service fees for tour guide is min. $6.00/day per person (including 1st day airport transfer service). Meanwhile, you will pay for your child, and your child will be considered as a customer, so three of you will need to pay for the service fee.
d) Please check the "Pricing" section in the detailed tour page. All optional admissions/tours are listed. There is no hidden fees.
e) Optional tours are not mandatory. Your tour guide will explain all optional tours. If you are interested in taking any of them, you will need to communicate with the tour guide and pay admissions directly to him/her in cash.
f) Unfortunately, after the tour ends, we only offer BOS/LGA/EWR/JFK airports drop-off service, and if you do not want to be dropped off at the airports, we can drop you off in Chinatown, NY. Besides the mentioned locations, we will not offer any extra drop-offs.
g) The tour cost does not include any meals. There are no pure vegetarian restaurants offered on the tour. However, when it's meal time, your tour guide will take you to the rest areas along the travel route or food courts near the visiting sites. You are free to choose your meals by your personal preference and pay from your own pocket. The food places do offer vegetarian dishes.
h) Normally the hotels you stay at on this tour do not provide microwaves in the rooms, but a mini refrigerator will be available.
i) Liberty Cruise - Adult-$30.00 / Child-$25.00. So, there is a charge for children from 2-9 years old.

You will need to arrive your chosen pickup location on time on the first day of the tour to meet up with your tour guide. Please search online and find out which location is the most convenient for you.
