Q: How does the "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" work? I tried to by for 3 adults but the price was 820 so it did not work. Wha do I have to do to get the "1Free"?

Buy 2 get 1 free generally means the third guest joins the tour for FREE (except applicable *admission fee) on share room basis. For this tour, the total amount of 3 guests is double price $398.00*2+ admission fee $24.00 (Los Angeles hotel)=$820.00.

The approximate arrival time to Las Vegas is between 3-4pm.
Yes, hotel check-in will begin when you arrive in Las Vegas.
You should be able to have time to see a show while in Las Vegas.
However, due to unforeseen traffic and weather conditions, we do not suggest you make your reservations for show tickets in advance.

The maximum hotel room capacity is 4 people (including adult and child/infant), so if you have 5 guests, you will need 2 rooms (each room provides 2 full size beds). Also, for this specific tour, a child price applies to a child ages 2-8. Please check "Pricing" in the detailed tour page for a detailed information.

The prices for the optional tours are in US dollar. Prices may vary due to different seasons and is subject to the final price on the box office. Normally the hotels which this tour offers do offer bath towels. However, you feel free to bring your own if it makes you feel more comfortable. Since the tour cost does not include meals, so when it's meal time, your tour guide will make meal arrangements for all guests. Please directly communicate with your tour guide regarding the meal options. After 8:00am pickup stop in Chinatown, we will head for New Jersey pickup location to pick up other guests at 8:45am. To make sure the entire tour will be on schedule, we suggest you to arrive at your chosen pickup location at least 10-15 minutes prior to the departure time. We will not hold majority of the guests back and wait for anyone who is late for his/her departure time.

Please send an email to [email protected] to check the status of your reservation. Make sure that you note your reservation number in the email. Meanwhile, we suggest you to check the local weather via internet. Normally, for this tour, in Spring/Summer, we recommend you to wear lightweight clothing and comfortable shoes. In Fall/Winter, we recommend layered clothing to ensure comfort in cold weather. Please arrive at your chosen pickup location at least 10-15 minutes prior to the departure time. Since you are concerned that there is a chance that you may be late, please contact us at 4:00pm (Pacific Time) the day before the tour start date to obtain your tour guide' contact information for emergency use.

Please clarify your departure date. Normally, the driving distance from NYC to the Niagara Falls is 6.5-7 hours. However, since we will visit Corning Glass Center and also make some restroom stops on the way, so the driving time may be longer. If we leave at 8:00am from Chinatown, NY, the approximately arrival time to the Falls should be around mid-afternoon. Due to any traffic, weather or other unexpected conditions, the arrival time may be delayed. On the first day of the tour, you will be able to do some souvenir shopping at the Corning Glass Center or/and the Niagara Falls. Maid of the Mist is a very popular optional tour. Normally it will be arranged on the first day of the tour. On the last day of the tour, approximately we will be able to reach NYC at 8:00pm-9:00pm depending on traffic and weather conditions. Please communicate with your tour guide while you are on the tour to re-confirm a more accurate schedule.

If you are not staying in the Niagra Falls area then you can go to the Howard Johnson's 454 Main Street, Niagara Falls, NY 14301.
Pick up times vary during the season, from May to June, 2012 pick up times are as follows : In the morning it is around 9:00 a.m. and in the afternoon around 2:30 p.m.
Tours end 4 hours after pick-up time and customers will be dropped off at their pick-up location
