Q: we are looking at booking for the tour departing monday august 27 with a pick up in chinatown. can you plse confirm:- 1)the time of day that the tour returns to New York on wednesday 29th & also 2)where the drop off point is? thank you

Q: Hi, I am planning to book an early arrival hotel through your site as well as an extended stay night through your site. I would like to know whether this hotel that you provide will be the same on the first day as per the tour iterinary. The reason I am thinking to book through your site is to avoid moving from one hotel to another hotel every other day. If you would like to avoid packing and unpacking hassles , you can note this in the comments section of your booking and we can help you with the booking of your pre & post tour hotel extensions. Usually we would reccomend hotels near airports that offer complimentary hotel airport shuttle for your convenience. We cannot guarantee that the hotels noted on the itinerary will be the ones booked for your tour , since it is dependent and may vary due to availability but by adding on the hotel extension after the tour package's confirmation, we can offer the same hotel booked for the package to you as a pre tour extension.

Please read our itinerary for itinerary scheduling . Please view the special notes regarding itinerary :
The order of day-to-day itinerary is adjustable.
After 4/15/2012,
If departing on Friday, the itinerary order should be as stated.
If departing on Monday or Wednesday, the itinerary order should be as follow:
Day1 New York - Philadelphia - Washington D.C.
Day2 Washington D.C. - Corning - Niagara Falls
Day3 Niagara Falls - Thousand Islands (Apr - Oct) - New York
So, if your departure date is May 7, you will stop by Philadelphia on the first day of your tour. Arrival time is dependent on departure time and traffic, we cannot guarantee arrival times.
Generally, the tour departs NYC by around 9:00 am and Philadelphia is a 2 hour drive from NYC.

Currently there is availability for the dates you have provided , we advise you book as soon as possible to secure your seats. We can provide you with the same hotel for arrival on June 29, 1-day before tour start date . If you book your hotel extension with us we will be able to provide you free airport pickup . Day 1 would still be your aiport arrival date , but since you will be there already this will be your free day .
Please notify us you will require pre tour hotel accomodations in the comments section when booking your reservation online. Transfers in will only be provided from SEA an YVR.

This tour departs daily . You may consider taking it the next day after your arrival in Las Vegas. Unfortunately pick-up is only from hotels . The last hotel pick-up is usually around 8:10 am. We do not have any other bus tours departing after 8am , but we have a helicopter tour that does offer later pick-up . If not, do you have a tour that does (as well as going to Washington and Philly).
