Hi Taryn:

This tour is approximately 2 hours long.

Unfortunately, we cannot confirm the pick-up location until after the reservation has been made.

The pick-up location starting point is typically at one of the attractions listed on the itinerary.

It just depends on how many people have made a reservation and their desired places of visit on a specific day.

All of the pick-up locations are in the Venice vicinity.

Thank you for your inquiry.

6-Day New York, Philadelphia, Washington D.C., Niagara

Q:
Hello, I arrive to NYC (JFK) on March 15th at night (roughly 11pm). Can I book the trip that starts on 15th March or should I book the trip that starts on Tuesday? Will hotel be provided for the night of the 15th March? What time does the tour start on the 16th (assuming I pick the Atlantic City option) Thank you very much!

Hi Isabelle:

This tour only departs on wednesdays and saturdays.

The next available departure date from March 15th (friday) is Saturday, March 16th.

You should make arrangements to arrive on the first day of the tour, if possible.

The first day of the tour is solely to pick up customers from the airport, and to have all passengers meet at the first night's hotel.

If you arrive within 9:00am - 10:00pm on the first day of the tour, you receive a complimentary airport transfer to the first night's hotel on the first day.

You would begin the tour the second day.

You cannot make a reservation for a tour on March 15th, since there is no tour departure on that date.

You would need to find your own hotel extension if you arrive in the evening of March 15th.

We suggest the following local New York hotels:

https://www.tours4fun.com/hotels/new-york/usa-new-york-hotels/

On March 16th, you would just be transferred to the first night's hotel.

On the second day, the tour typically starts early in the morning between 6am - 8am, depending on the tour guide.

Unfortunately, the tour you are inquiring of does not have the option for Atlantic City.

Please refer to the following links for tours that go to Atlantic City:

Q:
Are these tours appropriate for children and/or seniors?

A:

Hi Seth:

Yes, this tour is family-oriented and appropriate for most ages. In general, this tour is not strenuous.
Some tours will involve 3 flights of stairs on and off the helicopter; however, that is as strenuous as this
tour gets. However, it varies from person to person and each child’s attention span will differ.

For older customers, please make sure you are in good health before flying. If you have any health
problems we should be aware of, please leave a note in the comments section of your online
reservation so we can make sure your tour guide is aware of your situation.

Parents know their children better than anyone and whether they will be able to enjoy the tour or
if they will become easily distracted. Please keep that in mind when deciding whether this tour is
appropriate for your child.

Hi Brad:

We do not currently offer pickup service in either area for this tour. At this time, the closest pickup
location will be the Scenic Airlines Terminal at the McCarren airport. If you are on the South end o fthe
strip, you can either have pickup service at the Mandalay Bay or at the airport directly, as they are
similar in distance.

Thank you for your inquiry.

What if I weigh a lot? Is there an overweight surcharge?

Hi George:

For any helicopter or airplane tours, there are weight restrictions for the tours, as the aircraft can only
handle so much weight per flight.

Due to this fact, anyone over 275lbs will be charged an additional surcharge which varies per tour.

Please contact our customer service department directly or leave a note in the comment section of your
online reservation with your weight and we will be able to confirm the additional charge for the tour
you are interested in.

Thank you for your inquiry.
