This will also ensure that you are given any up-to-date information about your tour departure, weather information, or changes to the pickup time.
Please review your e-ticket for all contact information for reconfirmation of your tour.
For Las Vegas Grand Canyon tours, we offer pickup and drop-off service at most major hotels on the strip, between the Stratosphere and Mandalay Bay. We also offer pickup service for these tours in the Downtown Las Vegas area.
If we do not offer pickup service at your hotel location, it is likely we offer pickup service at a nearby location.
Please note your hotel location in the comment section of your online reservation and we will confirm the closest pickup location and time while processing your order.
If you are joining a tour that departs the South Rim, we do not currently offer pickup service in that area, as the airport is usually within 10 minutes driving time. We recommend using a taxi service, which is offered 24 hours a day in the area.
The Grand Canyon offers may activities to guests that range from hiking trails and horseback riding to the IMAX movie theater Grand Canyon experience. The Grand Canyon even offers rafting and boat rides.

Please dress casually and comfortably. We highly recommend wearing comfortable shoes, which are appropriate for walking. Although the tours are not strenuous, not all walkways are paved. Please avoid wearing shoes that have slick bottoms, such as dress shoes. Tennis shoes, hiking boots, or sports type footwear is best.
Please keep in mind that the South Rim is approximately 20 degrees cooler than Las Vegas; whereas, the West Rim is slightly warmer than Las Vegas.
Summer months:
We recommend wearing a hat and/or sunglasses, as it tends to be hot and bright in the desert sun.
Winter months:
We recommend bringing a jacket or rain poncho. Many customers also bring gloves or a scarf when during the colder months.
Temperatures vary by season and have been changing rapidly in recent years.

All passengers must have a government issued valid photo identification card, such as a state driver’s license, or a passport for check-in service at the airport.
We highly recommend all passengers bring or purchase a bottle of water to bring with them while on tour. Most people that are not used to the desert region will need additional water, as the weather is drier than most are used to.
