For the moment, we are still working on confirming the helicopter tour.If you decide to book now, you will have the option of upgrading your tour by being able to add the helicopter fee.
When you are making your reservation, please make sure that your tour date starts after March 1st, 2013 in order to get the upgraded price.

There will not be any extra fees for an infant that is 10 months old.
When booking your reservation, please notify us in the comment section that you will have a baby with you and specify the name and age of the baby.
Please note that you will have to carry the baby on your lap at all times.
If you wish for the baby to have their own seat, please make the reservation including the baby.
The maximum room capacity: 3 people including adult and child/infant.
If you would like for us to place you and your relatives in the same tour bus, we will need you to notify us in the comment section when making your reservation, and give us their reservation number so we can try our best to arrange that for you.

The arrival time for this tour at the park should be anywhere from 10:30a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and the tour bus will arrive to San Francisco at 8-8:30 p.m.
You will be in the National Park for about five to six hours.
Weather in May is usually warm during the day and cold overnight, with average highs in Yosemite Valley in the 70's and lows in the 40's. While rain and snow are possible, it is not very common.

Q: Hi, me and my husband plan to take the tour on your 17 May schedule. I understand the pick up is in Chinatown for New York. We are currently considering either Comfort In Manhattan Bridge or Holiday Inn Long Island to stay in for the previous night (16 May). Which would be the best location in terms of pickup. Will you pick up from Manhattan? Any extra cost? Also, if I book now, when would I know the tour will go ahead for that date (17 May 2013)? Should it not go ahead, what are our options. The Chinatown pickup location would be closest to the Comfort Inn Manhattan Bridge and the Flushing pickup location would be the closest pickup point to any hotels out in Long Island, NY.Once you make your reservation it usually takes 2-3 days before we confirm the tour and send you your E-ticket. Once a tour is confirmed, it is essentially guaranteed to depart. Unforseen events such as severe weather may cause a tour to cancel its departure. Although this is very unlikely, you might want to consider purchasing travel insurance for your tour package reservation:
