Q: I'm interested in tour 82-5374 departing on 15th June 2013. There's no mention in the itinerary about visiting Hershey's Chocolate world but your photo gallery for this tour shows a picture of it. Please could you confirm that it's not included in this package tour? Many thanks

Q: Family of 5 interested in this trip for June 2014; when the booking schedule become available for 2014? Also, how long do we get in Toronto exactly and if we choose not to participate in the guided activities for the day, are we allowed to meet up with the coach bus and tour on our own for that time? We will not have dates updated for June 2014 until the beginning of 2014.You are able to depart the tour in Toronto as long as you meet with your tour guide before the next destination, or to transfer to the hotel for that night.

Q: i am interested to book the tour in Dec 2013 for 4 adults. Is it cheaper to book 2 rooms with 2 adults per room or book 3 adults in one room and the other adult in the other room (using the book 2 and get I free option) ? If I should book the second option, does it allow the third person to share the room with the fourth person ie 2 adults in 2 rooms, on the tour? Will all the rooms have 2 double beds? If you want to take advantage of the promotion, you will book 3 adults in 1 room and 1 adult in one room.The rooms offer 2 double beds.
If the hotel finds any discrepancies in the number of travelers assigned per room, additional charges will be payable to the hotel.

Q: I want to join the Sea Screamer tour on 24 May and the 4 day orlando theme park tour in May 13. I intend to fly to orlando from new york on 23 May, and be transferred to the hotel. On 24 May, I go for the sea screamer tour. On 25 and 26 May, I go for the two theme parks. On 27 May, I need the transfer to the airport to fly out of orlando. We can arrange an itinerary for you to be able to go on the Sea Screamer, but it would not be on May 24th.The Sea Screamer is a completely different tour that you would have to do after the two days at the theme parks.
Please make a reservation for the 4-day theme park package, and in the comment box before submitting your reservation, please leave us a message saying you want to add one additional night hotel stay after the tour to be able to take the Sea Screamer tour that additional day.
We would quote you separately the extension hotel after you place your initial order the 4 day tour package. The Sea Screamer tour is available for booking as a 1 day package which you can book together with the 4 day tour:

Unfortunately, we cannot separate the hotel accommodations from the tour package price.The hotel accommodations are made as group bookings, and we can offer you a low price on the tour because of the discounts we receive for making a group booking.
The price of the tour only includes the bus transportation and hotel accommodations.
