Q: i´m planning a trip to USA. I´ll like to take the 7 days tour (23-625) on febrary 2nd. I want to konw if, although I´m travelling alone, i can pay for a double room and you send someone else; or if i have to pay for a single no matter what. My other question is at what time should I get to the Airport in order to catch the tranfer and to which airport should I go. And at what time and to wich airport you will drop me in boston, for me to arrange my flight. Regarding the payment, is there any chance I can pay it in more than one payment with my credit card? Or it is only in one payment? Thanks

The pick up times for the airport are as follow:
- Pickup Time at JFK airport: 10:30 am - 10:30 pm
- Pickup Time at LGA airport: 11:00 am - 11:00 pm
- Pickup Time at EWR airport: 3:30 pm - 11:00 pmThis tour offers a drop off back in New York City after 8:30PM, but if you wish to end in Boston you would have to make your flight after 2:30 PM in BOS (Logan International Airport)
You are welcome to make deposits or partial payments for your reservation, but until Tours4Fun receives full payment for your reservation, your seats will not be secured. Please make your complete payment as soon as possible so that we can confirm your seats for your reservation.

Q: Hi, We are interested in this tour but we will be leaving from LA to Vancouver on 30th June, catching evening flights to Vancouver, arriving around 1130pm at night. Question 1:Is this trip Daily? As we are planning to start our day 1 on 30th June 2013. Question 2:If we were to buy this itinerary, we do not mind missing the (30th June) Day 1 trip and in fact we are willing to purchase our own transfer to the Vancouver airport hotel for the 1st night.We have been searching all itinerary for Vancouver trip in Tour4 fun and unfortunately this is the best option we have. In order to get the buy 2 get 1 free offer, you would have to book the third person in the same room.
Since you plan to book a room for four people, your total should be coming out to $1,168.00 total.
For your safety, the itinerary for Yosemite may change to 17 miles due to the weather and road condition, but this tour will still be making a stop at Yosemite National Park.

The tour guide will arrange the meal locations in which you will be stopping at throughout your tour.
We cannot guarantee that there will be Halal meals available, but we advise you to speak to your tour guide for more information regarding your meals.

Our 9 day tours we offer in Vancouver do not begin until mid-July each year usually.However, the 7 day tour code #183-3460 that you are interested in is usually available for departure on the following days of the week each year:
Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays.
You arrive on June 9th, which is a Sunday.
This tour should be available on the date of your arrival.
Since you prefer 4 star accommodation in the Vancouver area, we recommend upgrading your tour to the deluxe price tour, as that will upgrade your Vancouver area hotel to the following:
Executive Plaza / Radisson President or similar
The pricing for the tour and the upgrades cannot be confirmed until the 2013 updates are completed.
This tour should be updated by the beginning of February.
