Q: After finish the business trip alone in Germany at 14th June, my flight will transit in Paris in the evening 14th June (AF1307 L 14JUN 5 DUSCDG HK1 1030 1145 14JUN E AF/3BF4D9). If I order the Tour code 56-2313, How can you pick me up because I do not want leave the airport at night? and what is the cost?

2013-05-21 18:02:57 The only pick-up location we offer will be at 9:00am from Place d'Italie (McDonalds Restaurant), 211 Boulevard Vincent Auriol, 75013 Paris, France.
You will have to meet in that location on the first day of the tour.
We do not have availability for the 14th of June.
Our next available date will be on the 15th of June.
Total amount currently for 1 guest will be $1,098.82 for departure on June 15th.
www.ratp.fr will give you directions between any two places in the Paris area and it is fairly easy to travel from the airport to most any location in Paris using the public transportation (RER/ Metro)

Q: I am still awaiting for your reply with regards to the international departure time. It states that it is better to book for flights departing after 2230 but my flight is departing at 2215. 2013-05-21 17:53:00 You can still place your reservation for this tour, but we urgently advise you to arrange a flight leaving out of LAX past 10:30 pm on the last day. We will not be able to guarantee that you will be able to check in on time for your flights. The tour group's estimated arrival into LAX on the last day is at 7:30 pm. Arranging your flights to depart earlier than 10:30 pm greatly increases the risk of missing your flights out in case of any delays caused by unfavorable weather or traffic conditions.

Lunch is not included in this package but tour guide will make stops at fast food, food courts and buffets. The lunch break will usually be arranged at the Farmer's Market.Best Regards,

there may be 30-45min delay caused by some special circumstances, such as bad weather condition,
traffic jam, etc. New Jersey drop offs will be at 8:30p-9:30 pm. As the times are subject to change, please include a request to verify the drop off time in the comments section when placing your order online.

You will need to book your reservation with 2 rooms because it is not allowed to have more than 4 people (including infants) in one room.
We do have availability on June 15th.
