I want to take "6-Day East Coast: New York, Philadelphia, DC, Niagara Falls & Boston from NY (Budget Tour)" and found a travel companion on your website.. Please advice how the payment mode works (for both of us) and what if my travel companion drop off/cancels from taking the tour at a later date ? Do I have to pay for single occupancy travel/tariff in such situation ?

Hi Ramesh Bitra:

If both customers have an account with Tours4Fun, one of the guest will have to make the reservation.

When selecting rooms, please make sure you select "Share Room"

When continuing the reservation the person who is making the reservation will select "Me" and input their email address.

Then you will click where it says "Not Me" and provide the other person going on tour and provide their email address.

You will each receive an email with the payment information.

If one person decides not to go on tour the other person will then have to pay the difference as it will be a single occupany rate.

Tks for your reply. This is what i try Step 1. Click "Book Now" Step 2. Choose date. Step 3. Select all in the list but coming to the rooms select the max i can choose is quad for 4 pax. but i want 5 pax. If I clip on triple for 3 pax, then how about the next two pax. So for the next two pax i click "Add to cart" but that cannot be done. So I am at a lost. Pls adv. me what what should I do. Tks

Hi Tay Chong Seng:

The maximum number in any room booked on tour is 4 people, regardless of age.

Fire hazard restricitons are upon the many reasons the maximum occupancy is 4 in standard hotel rooms.

For your family of 5, you will need 2 hotel rooms while on tour.

Hi there, can we still join this tour if we do not have Canadian Visa? For example, we will just stay at the US side of the Falls? Cheers!

Hi Alvin:

Yes, you may go on the tour and depart the group in the United States before the tour goes to Canada, and rejoin the group at the specified time your tour guide designates when they return from Canada.

Please note that the lunch included in the price of the tour is for a meal in Canada.

You would forfeit your lunch.
