Early check ins can be arranged as early as 11:00 am but are subject to hotel room availability. 1 carry on, and 2 check in pieces of luggage are allowed per traveler. We can arrange a late pickup for you for an additional $135.00 for 2 travelers. The late pickup fee is dependent on the number of travelers requesting for a late pickup. Alternatively, you can simply arrange your own transportation to get to the hotel confirmed for the tour's first night. The hotel booked for the 46-147 tour is usually located near the EWR Newark airport, and the hotels used generally offers free shuttle service to and from the EWR airport.
