You will need to meet your tour guide on the first day at 8:00am, National Constitution Center Parking Lot, 525 Arch St Philadelphia, PA 19106.
Drop off point is PHL Chinatown at about 9:00pm (55 N 11ST).
Tour guide will be with the group throughout the tour to ensure the travelers' safety.

Q: i have called the state park many times to confirm if they are open. the watkins glen park is open and usually never close. so please kindly let the tourists know in advance if the watkins glen is not included in the itinerary. it is very unfair that some tours that are offered at the same price include watkins tour while others do not. most of the tourists are attracted to the tour because of inclusions of these types of attractions.
