Q:
 Do the hotels we stay at have complimentary breakfasts? Do they have coffee pots? If I am travelling with someone but having a sigle room can wwe be put close to each other in hotels? Thank you Ellen

The package does not offer complimentary breakfast nor any other meals but your tour guide will arrange meal stops at fast food restaurants, food courts and buffets throughout the course of the tour.  Coffee pots are not a guaranteed amenity in the rooms booked for the tour accommodations.

Rooms booked under one reservation are arranged next to each other in the hotels.

 Hi I am interested in booking your tours, but i wish to extend or stop the tour at San Fran. I realise most of your tours end with the Yosemite park and go straight on to LAX. Is there an option for me to still go to the park but get dropped off at San fran? or must i forfiett the trip ? will money be re embursed?

If you wish to depart from San Francisco you will miss the Yosemite tour.

After the Yosemite tour the bus will depart to Los Angeles and will not return back to San Francisco.

We will not be able to revise the tour price if you choose to leave the tour early.

 Hi I am looking at booking this tour for Nov/Dec and wondered if you coula tell me if there is an additional cost for children under 2? i will have a car seat if this required? could you tell me how much that is? thanks

You will not need to purchase a ticket if your child is under 2 years of age but they will not receive a seat on the bus so you will have to carry them on your lap.

If you would like to have a seat for your child then you can go ahead and purchase a ticket but you will have to bring your own car seat although a car seat is not absolutely required.  Please ensure that you include notes in the comments section providing your infant's name and age if you choose not to pay for a seat for the child.

You can either choose to pick-up your Disneyland tickets from our office which is located in the city of Arcadia or we will mail you tickets to your address.

You will receive the actual Disneyland tickets and not the E-ticket.

 We'd like to take the trip after we land in San Francisco early morning. Could you let us know if you'd do a pick up @ the SFO airport? If not, since we'll stay @ the Parc 55 in San Francisco, which we don't see it listed on the Pick Up Times and Locations, we'll take a cab to the hotel first. Therefore, we need to know the pick up time at the Parc 55. Thanks!

This tour does not offer airport pick-up. You will have to choose one of the pick-up locations we offer on our website to start your tour.

The closest pick-up location to you will be at 391 Sutter St., San Francisco, CA 94108 at 8:30am.
