3 of us are planning to go for this tour on Sat 19 Oct. However, we will need accommodation for Fri 18 Oct and Sun 20 Oct. Can we book accommodation for these 2 nights at the same hotel we'll be staying on Sat 19 Oct? Also will the hotel we will be staying at be a pick up location for the tour?

This tour does not offer pick-up out of any hotel locations.
The hotel booked for the tour package will be located closer to Niagara Falls which is a 7 hour drive away from NYC.
When booking your tour you may leave a comment stating you need a hotel accommodation for your early arrival and we can assist you adding it to your reservation.
You can choose to arrange pre and post tour accommodations we offer closer to the tour's Flushing pickup location:
We will arrive NYC around 6pm and will process directly to Hilton Times Square to exchange for ticket and start the night tour immediately. We only have one free day next day.
Could you give a suggestion for an appropriate itinerary so that we can make maximum visit points?

The ticket exchange counter will be able to provide you with maps and information on the most efficient itinerary that will allow you to see as many of the available highlights as possible in a day.
As far as customizing this trip, would it be possible to stay in a hotel in cape cod for an extra day at the end of this tour and catch a bus ride back to ny with another of your tour groups?
We can still arrange to pick you up out of LAX, but you will have to make your own way from the Union Station to LAX. You can also opt to arrange your own transportation to get to the hotel booked for the tour's first night which will be confirmed 24 -48 hours after we receive your order. Depending on the hotel confirmed, you will have to travel to either Fullerton, CA or La Mirada, CA to get to the hotel that has a check in time of 3:00 pm onwards.
You will have to be a guest staying at the hotel in order to be picked up out of the Fountain Valley location.
We will be happy to try to arrange a pre tour extension for you at this hotel. Simply include this request in the comments section when placing your reservation online and we will be able to provide you with a quote for the hotel and offer to add it on to your order.
We will not be able to provide you with specific menu lists for the breakfast stops arranged by the guide. Please include information about your meal preferences in the comments section when placing your order online so we can pass this on to the tour guide to allow him to select restaurants that would be able to offer vegetable only or non meat meals in the menu.
What's cancellation policy? For example my kid or me is sick or for some other personal reasons we can't make the trip. thanks.
Also what's the policy/charge for re-scheduling the trip, say, moving it to another date?
