2013-05-31 17:50:10 When booking your reservation you may leave us a comment on the comment box stating you need a hotel extension and provide us with the dates and we will assist you adding it to your reservation.
You will need to meet your tour guide on the first day at 8:00am, National Constitution Center Parking Lot, 525 Arch St Philadelphia, PA 19106.
Drop off point is PHL Chinatown at about 9:00pm (55 N 11ST).
Tour guide will be with the group throughout the tour to ensure the travelers' safety.

Q: i have called the state park many times to confirm if they are open. the watkins glen park is open and usually never close. so please kindly let the tourists know in advance if the watkins glen is not included in the itinerary. it is very unfair that some tours that are offered at the same price include watkins tour while others do not. most of the tourists are attracted to the tour because of inclusions of these types of attractions. For customers who arrive in New York before departure date and do not want to be picked up at airports, please meet our tour at following pick-up locations (advance notification needed):

Q: I have 4 adults and 2 kids in my party. Arriving in New York 6/26 and departing EWR 7/3. Will I require 2 rooms for hotel or will 1 room accommodate all 6 of us? 2013-05-31 16:22:00 The maximum guests in one room are 4 people including children/infants.
You will need to book your reservation with 2 hotel rooms.
I may suggest you book your hotel accommodation with 3 guest in each room in order for the Buy 2 Get 1 offer apply.
Tour for each day will usually start between 6:00-7:00am and return back to the hotel around 9:30-10:00pm.
Tour guide will inform you in advance for the exact time he/she will be picking you up from your hotel.

Gratuities are customary at a suggested amount of 10-15% of the tour price.
