Q: Hi, I will be taking this tour in June and will arrive at EWR in the morning. The website states that "Customers with arrival times between 9:00AM - 2:00PM at “LGA” and “JFK” can be transferred to Chinatown for lunch & shopping". How about those who arrive early at EWR? Do we have the same option? I would like to be able to spend the rest of the day sight seeing too. Thank you!

2013-06-03 16:05:02 The complimentary free sightseeing will only be available from LGA or JFK. Travelers arriving from EWR will be taken directly to EWR to check in to the hotel booked for the first night. You can arrange for your own transportation to Chinatown or NYC after you check in and do sightseeing on your own, then take the shuttle available from Chinatown departing around 4:30 pm back to your hotel. Please include notes in the comments section if you want to arrange the transfer in from EWR, as well as the shuttle from Chinatown back to your hotel when placing your order online.

The duration of both is approximately 30 minutes.

Q: We are arriving a day early due to flight schedule, can we be picked up on red roof hotel by the airport? At this time , how many people have booked in this tour- 85- 4537? For the first day of the tour we can only schedule a pick up at the airport or you will have to self transfer to the first nights hotel in Vancouver.
When making a reservation, in 1-2 days we will let you know the status of your reservation.
As of now we are not able to see how many people have booked the tour but it seats around 40-50 passengers.
The tour is still on schedule and will depart as usual, tour guide will take a different route if there is any traffic or delay.

On day 3 it will be just the transportation from Las Vegas to San Francisco.You will depart Las Vegas around 7-8 AM and it is a 9 hour drive to San Francisco.
*The third guest joins the tour for FREE (except applicable *admission fee) on share room basis.
