The ending time will be approximately 6-7PM.

We will be travelling in the US for a month, we would like to take this tour, but we will have big suitcasses, I would like to know, if it could be a problem to bring these with us on the tour? Each guest is allowed one medium size luggage and one carry on while on tour.They will be placed in the baggage compartment underneath the bus.

Q: Hi we are a family of 6 people, with 4 adults and 2 children (11 and 12). We are planning to go on the tour from the 10th of July until the 17th of July. However, we are going to be in Manhattan on from the 9th of July, 2013. We have booked a hotel accommodation by ourselves from the 9th until the 11th of July. Is it possible for us to join the tour in the morning of the 11th of July, instead of the 10th of July, since we do not need any transport transfer on the 10th of July. If this is possible, where should we meet and what time? What will the price be? Where is the approximate location of the hotel in New York on the 10th of July? View answers (1) A: |

If you choose to not use the hotel room provided for you on 7/10 our price will remain the same.Please note we only offer pick up on the first day of the tour, 7/10/2013, as the first nights hotel will be located in New Jersey.
If you do not need an airport pick-up, you can meet with your tour guide before 4:30pm at 48 Bowery, New York, NY 10013 in order to be transferred to the first night's hotel.
If you would like to meet the tour guide on 7/11 you will have to contact him on that day to re-confirm his location so you can meet him.
The tour departs early in the morning on 7/11, between 6am - 8am from the first night's hotel, located near Newark Airport in New Jersey.
Currently the price for 2 rooms and 6 guest will be $2682.

Your daughters will not be able to attend the tour if at least one of them is not 21 yrs of age by the time of the tour departure.
Las Vegas hotels require that a person 21yrs of age or older check-in to the hotel.
The tour guide cannot check-in to the hotel for them.
Your daughters would not be able to tour around the casinos in Las Vegas, or enjoy the Jubilee show (an optional show).
If you wish your daughters to take this tour, we suggest they go with someone who will be 21+.

Hotel accommodation is included in your reservation cost for 2 nights.
If you decide to take this tour on the 26th of August, you will be returning back on the 28th of August around 7:00-7:30pm to Chinatown.

2013-06-15 22:08:50 Short sightseeing of the Hoover Dam is included in the package. This tour will allow for a short 15-20 minute stop to view and take pictures of the Dam.
You usually will be visiting the Hoover Dam on the second day of your tour.

When booking your reservation you may leave a comment on the comment box stating you need a hotel extension and provide us the dates and we will quote you a price and add it to your reservation.

2013-06-15 16:32:48 The tour offers a pickup out of the Radisson Hotel located at 6225 W. Century Blvd near LAX airport. The tour also offers free shuttle to and from LAX of its guests. We can try to add on a pre tour extension for you at this hotel for 2 nights if you simply place a request for the extension in the comments section when placing your order for the tour online.
