 Hi, I am using this website for the first time, and travelling with someone I've arranged to meet through this website - do we book as a pair, or separately, and if as a pair can we pay on the day on the bus? Also, should we reserve the room or does the package do that? Can we also specify whether the hotel room will have a double or two single beds? Thanks!

Dear Customer,

For a traveling companion booking, only one of the guests has to make the reservation.

Under the "Easy Book" section when you get to "Lodging" you must choose the "Share room" options, the system will then know that this is a travel companion booking.

The full payment must be made in order to proceed with the reservation. You will not be able to pay on the day of departure.

The 1 night hotel accommodation is included in the pricing and each room is equipped with two standard/ double beds.

The approximate driving time from Los Angeles to San Diego is 2-3 hours.

There may be some delays depending on traffic and weather conditions.

Dear Customer,

If you wish you to fly out of LAX airport on the same day, please book a US domestic flight after 9:30 p.m. and international flight after 10:30 p.m.

The tour will not be able to provide an earlier drop off at the airport and estimated drop off time is at 7:30 pm on the last day.

We advise these time frames in order to provide guests enough time to go through all the necessary steps to board their flight.

Currently we can only provide the itinerary stated on the website.

 Hi, Me again. Just wanted to ask a few followup questions. 1. Will we be going to Philadelphia after or before DC? 2. If i were to book a bus (Greyhound) from Philadelphia to Pittsburgh which leaves Philadelphia at 6:30 PM, is it a safe bet? I'm asking because i need to make the bookings online and they cant be amended later.

The day to day itinerary is adjustable depending on tour start date. When you make a reservation please leave a note in the "comment" section advising that you wish to end your tour in Philadelphia we will then be able to confirm your itinerary.


The exact time that you will be arriving to Philadelphia will not be available since there are many things that can factor in, such as weather conditions, traffic, etc.

Please take those factors into consideration before booking any transportation departing from Philadelphia.

 Hi! I love your deal!!! I am going to reserve '3-Day Bus Tour to Washington D.C. , Philadelphia, Niagara Falls from New York (Budget Tour)' deal with my friend! But we have a problem, we live in different place, first, we will select the plac to be piecked up , chinatown . However i want to get on the bus from flushing. Is it possible!.? One more, I saw your schedule , the last day is philadelphia. I'd like to stay more in philadelpia, can i stay there without getting back to New York! I mean i can get back to new york myself. As this tour may have multiple groups going out in 1 day, we cannot always confirm requests for multiple pickup locations.

Also note that the tour order and routing is variable and subject to change so the tour routing will not always allow you to end in Philadelphia on the last day.  

When placing your order online, please include your request to for 2 pickups and to end in Philadelphia on the last day in the comments section to allow us to confirm your reservation accordingly.

This tour will only depart from Las Vegas, the assigned pick up location can be found on the website under the "Easy Book" section.

Regretfully, none of our tours available offer pickups out of the Union Station in Los Angeles and the tour with code 2-167 starts from Las Vegas only.
