1. I will be staying at Radisson Hotel, Los Angeles Airport, 6225 W Century Blvd, Los Angeles. Please suggest a pick up point for joining the 3 day tour to Vegas/Grand Canyon tour. I wish to start the tour on 1st July. 2. Do you have any LA/LV tour which ends in San Francisco, because that is where we are heading after LV?

The closest pick-up location we have available for Radisson Hotel is in Chinatown Senior Citizen Center, 600 N Broadway, Los Angeles, CA 90012 at 6:45 am, it is about a 25 minute drive.

We have a 5 Day Tour that is similar to the 3 Day Tour but will end in San Francisco instead.

If you are coming from Boston South Station, the closest pickup location will be the Harrison Ave pickup location:

The pickup time is at 6:00 am In front of Eldo Cake House, 36-38 Harrison Ave, Boston, MA 02111.

The Quincy MA location is about a 30 minute drive away and you can get there by taking a taxi or a train (MBTA Red Line)

Hi, 1) We will be arriving at LAX airport on 29Dec and will join the tour on 30 Dec. If we return to LAX airport on 30 Dec, are we still entitled for the complimentary airport transfer from LAX to hotel? If yes, where should we wait? 2) Can I know where is the last stop of the tour and at what time. Will I make it to my international flight on 5 Jan 11pm?

Dear Customer,

This tour has a daily departure.

If you want to be picked up at the airport, choose the start date for the date you wish to get picked up at the airport.

If your flight arrives on December 29th between 9am - 10pm, you can choose to start your tour on that date, and get picked up and transferred to your first night's hotel. The first day of the tour is a free day with only transfers arranged and no sightseeing activities scheduled. You can also start the tour on the 30th of December, and we can arrange your transfer in from LAX on this day anytime between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm.

If you select the tour start day of December 30th, your tour group would return back to LAX on January 5th in the evening with a drop off at LAX estimated at 7:30 pm.

You can also choose to add on a pre tour extension for the night of December 29th at the same hotel used for the tour (subject to re-confirmation) with an early transfer arranged for an additional $30.00 only (pickup out of airport arranged on December 29th taking you to the pre tour hotel extension property)

We are 4 persons(Myself, my wife and my two daughters - 19 yr and 14 yr old). We will be reaching JFK airport on 6th July 2013 i.e. Saturday in the morning at 7 am. I require answers on following: 1)Does this tour start on Saturday (6th July 2013 is Saturday) 2)We are having 6 big luggage and 4 small luggage. Will it be ok? 3) We have to catch flight on 9th July 2013 from Newark airport after 2 pm Can we return by own on 9th from Washington Dc in the morning to catch flight from newark airport. 4) How much I have to pay for this tour for 4 persons if we want to stay in one room. 1. No, this tour does not start on Saturday, July 6th. This tour has a departure date on Friday, July 5th.

This tour only has Tuesday and Friday departures until October 2013 when it changes to Wednesday and Saturday departures.

2. Each passenger is only allowed to bring one medium sized luggage and one carry-on luggage.

3. You can self-dismiss the tour in Washington D.C. is you'd like, but please note that the package price will not change.

4. For 4 passengers in one room, the total price is of $884.

Hi, me again. The shutter bus service told me that they can leave us at Main Street, Patterson, NJ to take the tour bus pickup at Top Quality Food Market in 818 U.S. 46 Parsippany, NJ 07054 (according to google maps is only 16min by taxi). And suggested me to do the tour droppff in Flushing, NY. So we can go from there to 179 Fort Washington Avenue, New York to take the shutter back to wilkes-barre. Is that possible?

Yes, this would be ideal given your shuttle drop off location and departure locations in relation to the tour's pickup and drop off points. As the tour will not offer drop offs in Parsippany, you will want to end the tour in the Flushing endpoint which is about a 20-30 minute drive to 179 Fort Washington Ave in NYC.
