2013-06-22 14:01:45 Thank you for your inquiry. The tour will still cover the major highlights namely Niagara Falls, Washington D.C. and Philadelphia for all its departures including the ones in December, but please note that the order of the itinerary and highlight locations visisted may vary.

Q: Hello! I found a travel companion for this tour and we were wondering to join the tour starting on 8th of September. But we would like to pay separately. I started booking a tour but when i press "Shared room" it will not give me option where to mention the second person's name. Could you provide me an info about this whole process, please. Also, when I am at the main page of the tour, the price is $428, and when I am trying to book it, the price grows up to over $600. Q: My wife & me intend to join this 6 days East coast tour on Tues 9 July. After the tour, We will be departing New York at 2300 hrs on Sun 14 July to Dubai. We have 3 checked-in and 2 carry-on type baggages( total 5 baggages). We are concerned that tour bus may limit our baggages. Each passenger is allowed one standard size suitcase, which will be placed in a compartment underneath the bus and one carry on.
We advise for passengers who are flying out of New York City, please arrange for your flights to depart JFK/LGA/EWR airport after 8:30PM.

Q: Hello, Can you please tell me if you expect to offer this tour in July of 2014? I have long wished to go to Alaska, but tours there seem very expensive, also I am coming from the East Coast, so additional flight costs. I like this tour because it offers camping. Also, can you guarantee that this tour would include the National Park Wildlife Cruise at Kenai Fjord? I see another tour in your offerings that offers a boat cruise to a glacier in the same area, but it is the Wildlife Cruise at Kenai that would be a prime reason for me to do this particular trip. Dear Customer,The maximum number is any room booked on our tour is 4 people, regardless of age.
Fire hazard restrictions are among the many reasons the maximum occupancy is 4 in standard hotel rooms.
For your family of 5, you will need 2 hotel rooms while on tour.
For the first room, if you enter 3 adults, you will receive the Buy 2 Get 1 Free discount.
In the second room, enter 2 adults.
The total for 5 people by entering the above specifications, will be $543.84 currently.

Yes, the total amount for 4 passengers in one room comes out to $868.
The price of the tour only includes the bus transportation and hotel accommodations.
There is a mandatory service fee for the tour guide and bus driver for $7 a day per person.
Per passenger, the total amount for the service fees is of $42. ($42 x 4 = $168 service fees for all 4 passengers).
If you wish to partake in all of the optional tours, each passenger can expect to pay $273.
Meals are not included. The prices for meals are at the discretion of each passenger. You can expect to pay an average of $10 per meal.

That is correct. The first day of the tour is solely to reunite all passengers at the first night's hotel.
The actual touring portion for the tour will not start until day 2 early in the morning.
