Dear customer,

In order to obtain the "buy 2, get 1 free" promotion, you must make one reservation with 3 people in one room.

When making your reservation under the "Easy Book" section, under lodging select "Share Room".

Each passenger will enter their e-mail address and provided with a link in order to pay for their portion of the tour.

Alternatively, you can select your payment as Pay Pal and each passenger can submit their portion of the tour price through Paypal.com.

Thank you for your inquiry.

Q:
There are 3 different people who will pay to get the buy 2 get 1 free deal. How do we do it? should i back out, will this person be individually responsible for their share?

Dear customer,

Our buy 2, get 1 free offer is applicable on a shared room basis.

This means that if 3 people share one hotel room while on tour, the 3rd person will be free for the tour.

For the 3 passengers the total will be $336, if you wish to break down the price it will be $112 per person.

You may pay separately, but if one person no longer chooses to join the tour, the price for the tour remains the same.

The passengers will need to figure out on their own how they wish to distribute the payments.

Thank you for your inquiry.

Q:
Hello There, I am planning to travel on August 21 to 26th but in 46-147 tour's itinerary said, "For the best service, please choose EWR airport". Would you please explain what's difference between EWR's and JFK's services? If I choose JFK there will be a problem for the pick up? Thank you, Sylvia

Dear Customer,

The first night's hotel is typically located close to the EWR airport, making the transfer to the hotel more convenient and faster for our guests.

If you arrive at JFK or LGA airports between the complimentary pick-up times on the first day, we are still able to provide an airport pick-up for you.

Thank you for your inquiry.
