Q: Can we check in the hotel ourselves on the first day, instead of waiting at the airport for pick-up? Will the hotel be near SFO? 1. Under what name will the room reservation be made? 2. what would be the latest check-in time?

Dear Customer,Yes, you do have the option to self check in to the first night's hotel.
When placing your reservation online, please leave us a clear note you wish to self transfer to the first night's hotel, and we will provide the hotel information to you when available.
The hotel typically used for this package is CitiGarden/Crowne Plaza or similar. Once your tour is confirmed, we can request the hotel location.
The hotel reservation will be made under a group booking, however we can provide you with check-in information upon confirmation of the hotel.
Check-In time will begin after 3:00pm local time.

Hotel rooms booked on tour are standard, double rooms.
Most standard hotel rooms are not equipped with microwaves or refrigerators.
You may ask each location for their availability; however, any extra charges for microwave or refrigerator use will be at your own expense.
Some hotels may offer a microwave for public use or offer private storage in the hotel refrigerator.
We suggest you ask each hotel location for their options upon check in.

This tour does have optional tours/ attractions like the Maid of the Mist and the IMAX movie (Niagara Falls) although it will not cover the cave of the winds.
The time guests will have at Niagara Falls will vary but it will be approximately 3-4 hours.

There will be an optional extended San Francisco tour as well as a San Francisco Bay cruise available during the sightseeing in San Francisco.

For this tour 3-star hotel accommodates are included in the tour price.
Your family of 4 can share 1 hotel room, as the occupancy is up to 4 people with 2 double beds.
If you need a 2nd room, a connecting room cannot be guaranteed, but please leave a comment for us when booking your reservation online and we will do our best to try to accommodate your request.
This tour does not offer pick-up from hotels, but only from the designated pick-up locations listed on the tour page:

This tour will only visit the US Side of the falls, therefore the Canada Horse Shoe view is not available but the Horseshoe falls is still viewable from teh US side.
We have other tours that visit both sides of Niagara Falls.

We have checked with our local office, we apologize but this tour only has departure locations from NJ, NY, and MD not Philadelphia.
The Edison New Jersey pickup location is the closest pickup point to Philadelphia.

Unfortunately, this tour is not available for your desired departure date. Currently, the next available date is the 6th of July.
Please note that after a reservation is made and we have received full payment it may take between one to two days to confirm the tour.
Guests are not required to pay the admissions costs to all of the attractions, but please note that if guests decide to not join any of the attractions there will be a surcharge of CAD$30.00 per person.
