Q: We are looking into flying in a day early, and are interested in the hotel extensions offered. However, when I look at the hotel online (Comfort Inn Flushing), it does not appear to offer a shuttle service, so how would we get from the airport to the hotel? Thank you!

If you wish to book the Comfort Inn Flushing as a hotel extension, you will need to find your own transportation to/from the airport to that hotel. We suggest a taxi.

As stated on the day 1 itinerary, Niagara Falls night viewing is Adult-$25.00; Child-$20.00.
The price of the tour only includes the bus transportation and hotel accommodations.

I see the payable amount is USD856.00, how to go for room sharing as when I entered 3 adults under "lodging", the amount changed to USD882 (extra by USD26 instead of free for the third person). 2) Can amendments been made once the booking is done and paid? For example, change of travel date, and to extend staying etc. 3) Is the package cover only hotels & transportation? Any attractions that required to pay entrance fees etc i.e. Grand Canyan? Our buy 2, get 1 free offer is applicable on a shared room basis.
This means that if 3 people share one hotel room while on tour, the 3rd person will be free for the tour.
The difference of $26.00 is an admission fee for the Los Angeles hotel.
Any changes (i.e. date, location, tour, etc.) made to a reservation after successfully submitting the order online, will be subject to a minimum $30 Amendment Fee (per change).

On day 1 of the tour we do offer complimentary pick up from the airport to the first nights hotel between specific time frames.
Complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off
- Pickup Time at JFK airport: 10:30 am - 10:00 pm
- Pickup Time at LGA airport: 11:00 am - 10:00 pm
- Pickup Time at EWR airport: 3:30 pm - 10:00 pmThe five nights hotel stay for this six day tour is included in the pricing.
Our 6 day east coast tours departing from Boston currently do not offer complimentary airport pick up on day 1.
Meal stops are arranged by your tour guide, while on tour, at various restaurants, buffet areas, food courts, and fast food restaurants. Most likely, there will be vegetable dishes for you to choose from. However, we cannot guarantee that.

The tour is conducted in a large, air-conditioned motor coach bus. The maximum occupancy is approximately 60 passengers.
The pick up time and location for this tour is at 7 in the morning departs from Manhattan Grand Central Station, 125 Park Ave, Between 41st & 42nd street.
This tour is currently open for bookings on the 4th of July. We suggest making a reservation as soon as possible since your desired departure date is getting near.
