Hello! I am a 21 years old student, interested in purchasing a double "9-Day East Coast: US & Canada" starting on May 20th. However I have a some questions to ask before: - How much is the total cost for this trip considering we are two people staying in a double room? Please consider taxes, hidden costs and whatever costs that should be added to the total. - Am i able to pay with any credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard o American Express)? In which case will I receive extra charges? Or should I pay in cash to avoid this? - To reserve or purchase the trip I will give you information of one credit or debit card. Is it necessary to have this card during the trip? Let's say, if my parents lend me their card to pay, but they will not come to the trip. - Is there any special discount for students? I am both enrolled in Tec de Monterrey in Mexico and HEC Montréal in Canada? If my student ID won't work, will an international ID such as ISIC would? - I know that it is required to sign a blank voucher when checking into the hotels. However, I know that I will not use any of the extras services that may add up to my bil. Is it possible to skip this step? - Please let me know the cancellation terms. Eg: Days prior to cancel without any charge; How long would you wait for my arrival before cancelling the service if I am late, etc. - Will you please send me the updated information of the tour itinerary? What it includes and excludes, selected means of transportation tours, hotels and information about them, costs, schedules, locations of beginning and end of the tour, etc? - I will ask for the bill of every charge please. - Please let me know the contact information of whomever I should be speaking to/negotiating further on (email, cellphone). I need this information to clear doubts with my parents before closing the deal. Dear Faride, The current price for 2 people sharing one room is $1,670.00, this includes all taxes. We accept all Visa, MasterCard, and Discover as forms of credit card payment. The card or card holder are not required to be on tour. There are currently no additional discounts for students on tour. returning back home, can I take a flight for 5:10p, cause this is the only latest flight return posted by all airlines coming back to NJ. Ty Planning to take this tour on August 20 or 22, any suggestions, recommendations?

If you will book a flight at 5:10pm, we cannot guarantee that you will have enough time to catch the flight and cannot be held accountable. Dear Demi, The drop off locations can be the same as the pick up locations. But some of the hotel pick up locations are for the hotel guest only. If specified next to the pick-up location address, please do make sure you are the guest of the hotel if you wish to be picked up or dropped off there. I notice the limitation on the luggage provision. Any other arrangement if we have bigger luggage as we will be traveling around US from far e.g. bigger luggage to be kept at tour office and pick up during return etc.

Dear Chai Hui Ling, Simply leave a note in the comment section when you make reservation online that you will have larger luggage. If the tour on that day is conducted by bus, you can store the luggage under the bus. But if it is a van, there may not have enough space.
