On Day 1/2, there are lot of attractions in New York to be visited that has an admission fee. Can I by a 1/2 day New York Pass that saves me time and money and use this along or is this restricted.

On the 1st day, can we add the Westpoint and Woodbury Outlets Tour?
Also, what time does the tour ends on the last day? Is there available NY night tour on the last day?

Currently, we cannot arrange the Woodbury Outlet tour as a addition to the 8 day tour since we do not offer customization of our tour packages.
You would need to pick an alternative departure date for the Woodbury Outlet Shopping Tour(tour code # 107-3247:https://www.tours4fun.com/woodbury-common-premium-outlets-shopping-tour.html) perhaps for before the 8 Day tour begins or after the 8 day tour ends.
Simply add the Woodbury tour when you make your booking for the 8 day tour online and choose from the available dates accordingly.
There is a New York City Night Tour what is available for customers on the first Day of the 8 Day tour who arrive ONLY before EST 5:00PM and departs from hotel around 7:00PM.
On the last day of the 8 Day tour, regretfully there is not a New York Night Tour. This tour concludes in New York where guests can schedule their flights to depart from a NYC area airport (EWR, JFK, or LGA) after 7:00PM.
You can also end your tour at Chinatown, New York instead of the airport.

The drop-off locations are the same as the pick-up locations which are listed on the tour page.
Regretfully, we will not be able to drop your parents off in Santa Monica. The closest drop-off location would be Chinatown Senior Citizen Center, 600 N Broadway, Los Angeles, CA 90012.

I just booked up for two members of my family and me, using'buy 2 get the 3rd free' option, but I am not yet sure if my sister will join this trip or not. How will the cancellation fee apply to the situation where the member change from 3 to 2?

Please send your cancellation request to service@tours4fun if your sister can't join the tour.
If cancellation of free-fare passenger(s) is made at least 10 days before tour departure date, the reservation will be subject to a $30 Amendment Fee plus the amount for the paid participating travelers, otherwise, besides the $30 Amendment Fee plus the amount for the paid participating travelers, we'll charge the cancelled free-fare passenger(s) according to the below policy:
If cancellation of free-fare passenger(s) is made 6-9 days before tour departure date, the cancelled free-fare passenger(s) will be subject to a $50/person penalty fee;
If cancellation of free-fare passenger(s) is made 1-5 days before tour departure date, the cancelled free-fare passenger(s) will be subject to a $100/person penalty fee;
No-Shows of free-fare passenger(s) on the tour departure date will be assessed a $150 penalty fee per passenger, that will be paid in cash by the other participating travelers of the reservation. This is a mandatory fee to be collected by the tour guide on the date of the tour departure in order to participate on the tour.
