Q: I would like to know if there is provision to use micro wave ovens in the hotel rooms booked by you for this tour (6-day east Coast....from Newyork Budget tour) so that we can prepare personal meal items to be carried as packed food during sight seeing. This info is essential so that we can come equipped with food items to be prepared in micro wave oven.

But there might be 30-60 minutes delay caused by some unforeseen circumstances. As we will not be able to drop you off at the airport, you will need to arrange the transportation by yourself. Usually we suggest customers to arrive the airport 3 hours in advance. So please arrange your flight time according to this. Thank you very much. The shuttles that will take you around the park are provided by the park and you may board them at the Bright Angel Lodge where we will be making our stop.
