My parents are visiting me from China in June, and unfortunately I won't be able to accommodate them on this tour. Could you confirm that the tour guide speaks Mandarin Chinese? Also, compared to the similar 7-day tour also operated by your company that goes through Grand Canyon, which tour has a less hectic schedule / less strenuous for people over 60 years old? Lastly, what's your refund/reschedule policy?

Usually, we use Sleep Inn/Comfort Inn/Quality Inn or similar hotel standards as our group hotel for this tour. We can only decide which hotel to use according to the number of customers and room availability when it is close to departure date.
Sometimes , if the seats are sold out on the departure date, we can decide the hotel more quickly.
As soon as the hotel is confirmed, we can send you a follow up email upon your request of the hotel information when completing your booking.

We offer once complementary pick up service between 7:15am to 10:00pm on the first day and drop off service between 7:30am to 10:00pm at the last day for each reservation. If you will arrive beyond the complementary pick up time range, please leave a note in the comments section with your request when you make the reservation online.
