They also need to discuss with their tour guide in advance to wait for other customers at one location. Unfortunately we don't provide wheelchair assistance during this tour. If customer needs, they may bring an own foldable wheelchair and put in the luggage store during bus driving. This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Dear Jennifer, We would like to inform you that for this tour you will not be able to tour the White House as it requires many hours as well as extensive security clearance. You will be visiting the Washington Memorial as well as the New York 9/11 Monument during the course of your tour.
