2014-07-06 07:08:22 Dear ercan, If you want to meet friends in San Francisco, you can schedule it in the afternoon, but please tell tour guide in advance, he/she will set up a meeting point and time for you to meet the tour group, tour bus will transfer you to hotel. You can also arrange self-transfer back to hotel, but usually, hotel will be far from downtown area. Q: We are planning to take east coast and west coast tours with Tours4fun. As per our plan, we will finish the 5 day east coast tour (starting from Washington, DC) on 5th August at New York. We are planning to take a 18:50pm flight from New York to LA. By that, we will be at LA airport at around 21:50pm. However, if the flight gets delayed, we may reach the LA airport after 10pm. In such case, whether the free pickup option will be available? Also, whether the arrangements can be made to drop us off at New York airport on 5th August? If you should arrive after the complimentary airport transfer times indicated, you may also be subject to a late arrival transfer fee or be required to self-transfer to the hotel. If you are delayed and arrive after our normal hours, please contact the emergency number listed on your e-ticket for assistance. For the east coast tour, if the tour does not include airport transfer, you have to go to the airport by your own, please check the tour detail online.
