Dear David,
Thanks for your attention on Tours4Fun.
You should meet the tour guide at 3:30 pm at Circus Circus Hotel, if you want join the optional city tour of Las Vegas. Otherwise, you will have the rest of the night to explore on your own.
Customers who arrive at the hotel after 3:30 pm may not have the hotel check-in until the tour guide return at around 10:30 PM-11:30 PM from the city tour of Las Vegas.

Hi :)
I'm Sofia. I'm definitively interested in your tour. I only have a couple of doubts
1. on the total price: looking at the 'special excludes' details I found the item 'Service fee for tour guide/driver'. Is it a potential/mandatory cost? What is the amount?
2. I'm staying in 215 Vulture St., South Bank, Brisbane. Where should my pick-up be?
Thanks a lot
I hope to here from you soon because i'd like to book the tour for tomorrow ;)
Kind Regards
Sofia
Dear Sofia,
Thanks for your interest in Tours4Fun.
Service fee for tour guide/driver is a mandatory fee because tour guides and drivers rely upon the service fees charged on the tour to supplement their income.
The wages of tour guides and drivers are determined factoring in that they will receive service fees to augment their earnings. Customer should pay at least the recommended service fee because the tour guides and drivers work hard to accommodate many people on the tour.
This tour is in English and we advise you per person paying about 10% of the tour fee to the tour guide.
We offer free pick-up at major hotels in Brisbane, please leave the name and full address of your hotel in order to arrange your pick up accordingly.
Please feel free to contact us if you have any problems about our tours.

I will take the tour from 01/10 to 03/10, but I have a flight back to my country on 3rd (day 3 of the tour) from Las vegas, what time do I have to book my flight back in order to have enough time to get the airport? what time does the tour finish on day 3?
Thanks for the information.
Dear David,
On day 3, you have the option to self dismiss from the hotel at any time. Latest will be at 11:00 am, this is when the check-out is.
Your second option is to visit the Ethel M Chocolate Factory and Botanical Cactus Gardens in the morning and enjoy the optional buffet brunch in Las Vegas.
We will then transfer you to MGM Grand Hotel & Casino, near the McCarran International Airport. We recommend booking a flight after 2:00 pm.
Best Regards,
Alex

Good morning, I'm looking at booking this tour - 7 day Grand Canyon, Las Vegas, San Fran from Los Angeles in November with my mum. And I'm not sure about day 7 as to choose from A or B.
Thanks
Dear Lee-Anne,
It will be strictly optional, we have many guest who would like to visit Yosemite, compared to others visiting 17-mile drive.
We recommend doing personal research before placing a reservation.

Alex

Hi
We are interested in taking the (Product Code: 1093-19896) tour.
I have a few questions not covered on the site, some suggested in the reviews.
First is this tour primarily in Chinese? Will the tour guide speak fluent English as well?
Some of the previous people that took the tour said only Chinese buffets were food choices?
It's not clear where there are actual stops?
Other than the Hotel stays.
For example it talks about Santa Barbara, do we just drive past it?
Are there photo stops? It's not really possible to take photos through a moving bus window.
I assume the denmark village is a stop...is it a lunch stop?
Same question applies to the other days.
Do we actual stop at the points listed? I think there are 14
On the bay cruise, how long is it? It's certainly something we would be interested in.
Basically, is there a more detailed itinerary.
Thanks for your help.
There will be 3 of us traveling.
Dear Steve,
The tour is conducted bilingually in both English and Chinese. The tour guide will arrange meal stops at different restaurants, buffets, or fast food places. Each guest will then be responsible for purchasing their own meals.
There will be a brief stop in Santa Barbara approximately 20-30 minutes.
Yes, there is a stop in Solvang, which will be approximately an hour to an hour and 15 minutes.
There will be stops arranged at the places listed. The bay cruise is approximately 60 minutes for an additional $38.00/Adult;26.00/Child(3-9)
You are welcome to call us for further assistance, we are more than happy to help and explain.
