Q: hello ! 1) We are traveling from the Philippines and carry luggages with us - we are carrying 4 standard luggages and 1 carry on - between 3 people. is this ok ? 2) also , if we are going to get dropped off in New york will the tour fare be different? 3) For the tour in new york, will we be able to stop for pictures in wall street? can we do two optional tours like the boat cruise to the statue of liberty and going up the empire state building ? hope to hear from you soon.
