Q: We are from India consisting of family of 6 (2 adults, 2 senior citizens and 2 kids). Would like to take tour (code 82-5374) starting from 3rd June, 2015. We will be reaching JFK at 7.30AM on 3rd June. We have following queries: 1. Can we pay the tour cost on arrival at JFK as it is in USD and we do not have USD transfer facility online? 2. Can we get immediate confirmation so that we can book our flight tickets? 3. We need extra night accommodation at New York on return as our flight is on 9th June at 15.10 hrs. 4. 2015-05-15 20:20:04 Dear Vivek, We require full payment before we process any reservation. You are required to book at least one week in advance and submit full payment at the time of your booking. Once we receive your booking, the booking process takes about 1-2 business days to send you confirmation. Meals including breakfast are not included in the package but your tour guide will arrange meal stops at various food courts/buffets where you can purchase your own meals. Please leave us a note on the comment section when booking requesting a hotel extension and we will update you with a quote as soon as possible. The duration for the cruise ride is about 1.5 hours. If you choose not to participate, you will have 1-1.5 hours as free time. Q: Dear Sir or Madam: We want to take the 7-Day Italy, Switzerland, and France Tour (July 4-10). May I ask when and where you pick up on July 4th to begin the tour? When and where do you drop off on July 10th after the tour? Do we need visa for any country (like Monaco) which we will visit during the tour (we have a group of three and we are all US citizens holding US passports)? We will fly into Paris on July 3rd and plan to stay at a hotel in center city Paris both before and after the tour to visit our friends.
