I would like to go for 4-Day Grand Canyon, Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon & Antelope Canyon Bus Tour from Los Angeles (code 5-2947) It's written that the group will stay in LV for a night. Are there any age restrictions? As far as I'm concerned some Vegas hotels (like Excalibur) have a check-in age limit 21+ so, can this problem be sorted out if I'm 20 y.o. ?Thank you
Dear Tatiana,
Yes, you are welcome to book this tour. The hotels are booked under the group and the tour guide will assist you with check-in.
Best Regards,
Tiffany

We (family of 3) are looking at the tour code 209-5715. We have the following questions:
1. What is the maximum number of guests your bus can carry?
2. We want English speaking guide and not a guide who speaks mostly Chinese and only translates into broken English. Is that possible?
3. Are your guests mostly Chinese speaking?
4. Can you guarantee a third bed if we upgrade the hotel? The beds are queen size?
5. Is breakfast included in the price?
6. Do we have to pay tips/gratuity to the guide and bus captain? If yes, how much?
7. Where do we take the boat cruise at the 1000 islands and how long is the cruise?
Dear Luke,
The bus can accommodate up to 55 guest. The tour is conducted bilingually in both English and Chinese, we cannot offer this tour in English only.
We do not ask ethnic or racial information about our customers; and therefore, are unable to tell you in advance how many Chinese guest will be travelling.
Each room booked on tour is equipped with two double beds. We cannot confirm that all hotel locations will have an additional bed available. Please ask each hotel location while on tour for their bed availability. In addition, any extra charges for an additional bed in the room will be at your own expense.
Meals are not included. The tour guide will arrange stops for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Each guest is then responsible for purchasing their own meals.
Service fees for tour guide/driver (minimum CAD$9.00/day per person)
The tour guide will provide you with information on where to take the Thousand Island cruise and the duration, please check with them while on tour.
Best Regards,
Alex

hi, I am looking at booking this tour as part of my holiday. I have just noticed the luggage allowance & as this is toward the end of my trip I will have quite a bit of luggage. I can see the luggage allowance is one carry on bag. Do you have any suggestions of what I can do with my luggage as I'm likely to have 2 suitcases.
Thanks
Dear Bianca Butterworth,
Thanks for your inquiry.
Each passenger is allowed to bring one small carry on and one medium sized luggage. Please leave a note in the comment section of your online reservation if you have much luggage. Normally 2 suitcases are allowable.
Best Regards,
Tom

Dear John,
Thank you for your inquiry.
You will most likely have an opportunity to explore on your own. You can double check with your guide when you are on the tour, as the itinerary is organized by tour guide according to weather and traffic condition.
Regarding your safety, we reserve the right to change the Yosemite itinerary to the 17-Mile Drive due to the weather and road conditions during the winter.
Best Regards,
David
