We do not suggest that our customers make their flight arrangements until after their tour departure is confirmed.
We highly suggest you make your reservation online for the tour you are interested in and receive confirmation for your tour departure before making your flight arrangements. Confirmation usually takes 2-3 business days after you make your online reservation.
However, the flight must arrive in Paris on July 18th, between the hours of 8am- 8pm to receive the complimentary shuttle service from the airport to the first night's hotel.
When you make your flight arrangements, make sure your arrival is between the hours listed above on July 18th.
Your departure flight should depart Paris on 7/28/2012.

I would like to minimize dragging our luggages in subways and taxis. I read in previous Q&As that you have recommended or partner hotels...does that mean that you pick up or drop off passengers at these hotels. Yes, you may be picked up at the airport if you are not flying in that day.
You may be picked up between 8:30am - 10:30pm, you may give us the time you will like to be picked up
at the airport when making your booking and we will do our best to accommodate you.
You may also self transfer to the first nights hotel if you wish. The hotel information will be available to you
when your reservation is confirmed.
