Q: we are planing to be in NY from March 3rd to March 11th. The thing is we wanna go to Niagara Falls during the period, so we want to book the March 5th's travel, but it said it is sold out. we wanna ask if there are two seats available cuz we are two. Also, i want to ask when we are supposed to come back to NY, if we book the March 9th's travel. Our flight going back to our city is at 2pm at LGA airport on March 11th. we might have to be at the airport until at least 1 pm. View answers (1) A: |

March 5th is currently sold out for this tour. You can check back periodically and we can check if seats become available for that tour at a later date.
The tour does not return to New York until 9-10pm on the last day of the tour.
You will not be able to make a 2pm flight on March 11th with a March 9th departure date for this tour.

Yes, when you make your reservation online you can choose how many people will be in the room while on tour.
The rooms capacity is a maximum of 4 people.
However, that does not mean that we will put 4 people in a room, if you have made a reservation for 2 in your hotel room.
When you make your reservation online, please select 1 room with 2 adults. This will mean that hotel room will be only for the two of you while you are on tour.

For this tour, you will not be able to opt out of the Rio portion of the tour, as this is the itinerary that is arranged for this tour. Those 3 days are included in the tour and are not able to be replaced by Galapagos.

We actually suggest you make your reservation as far in advance as possible to ensure your seating on this bus tour, as it is highly popular during the Spring months.
We do not suggest you make your flight arrangements until after you receive confirmation for your tour departure.
Confirmation of your tour departure usually takes approximately 2-3 business days after you make your reservation online.
Yes, you can end this tour in New York. Please leave a note in the comment section of your online reservation that you will depart the tour in New York.
In addition, please notify your tour guide on the first day of the tour that you will end your tour in New York and not return to Boston.

There is no age limit for this tour.
Children ages 2-9 pay a discounted rate for this tour.
Children under 2 years old are free for the tour; however, they will not have a reserved seat on the bus. This means that they will have to sit on the parent's lap, unless they are a paying passenger.
