In order to exchange your e-ticket, you must arrive at Union Station 30 minutes prior to the time you would like to begin the tour.

Unfortunately, you will not be able to begin this tour at any other location than Union Station.

Hi, The itinerary description says: "if you do choose to depart from Las Vegas, you'll forego the tour to the Chocolate Factory, Botanical Cactus Gardens and the Tanger Outlet Center." Do I understand correctly that if I'll choose to end this tour in Vegas, I will be able to participate in the Chocolate Factory and Botanical Cactus Gardens visit (as partof this tour)?

If you end this tour in Las Vegas, you will not be able to visit the Chocolate Factory, Botanical Gardens, or the Tanger Outlet.

This is due to the fact that these locations are visited on the way back to Los Angeles.

Accdg to Pricing menu, price foe adult for 3days pass is $63 ea. How come the quote is $144 @@plush; attributes price $126 for total of $270? If I stay at Crowne Plaza downtown, is the ick up point far? Thanks

The cost of the GO Chicago card is $72.00 per person for a one-day pass.

However, you are interested in the 3-day pass; therefore, the system will add-on the additional 2 days to the card. This total will be shown as attributes pricing in the price breakdown.

For 3 adults for a 3 day pass, the total will be as follows:

Price Breakdown:
3 Adult Tickets = $216.00
+ Attributes Price = $189.00

Total Amount = $405.00

This brings the total per day, per person for this Go Card to only $45.00.
