3-Day Washington D.C., Niagara Falls Tour from New York

I am organizing a short vacation for me and my family to New York in June. We are interested in this tour but are concerned about the hotel accommodations pre and post tour. In the "add a hotel extension" area of this website says that "in some cases we can pick up from some extension hotels". Can you tell me from which hotels can you pick up us, and also if you drop us off to the same hotel on the last night of the tour? Thanks

The hotels below are some of the accommodations we can arrange pickups from, but are usually only available when booked in conjunction with tours that offer airport transfer services.

Double Tree by Hilton EWR (Sheraton EWR)

Ramada Plaza Hotel Newark Intl Airport

For the 3 day tours, we are unable to arrange pickups out of hotels booked as extensions, but we do recommend you book the Howard Johnson Flushing hotel due to its close proximity to the 3 day tour's Flushing pickup location.

This tour does not go inside of the Apollo Theatre.

The tour is will only offer an outside view of the theatre.

Hi, I'd like to book the tour for 04/06/2013, however I'd like to know if the 1000 island cruise is running as that is a big deciding factor for booking the tour (I don't really want to go to the Corning glass center). Also, instead of going to Imax, can we choose to walk over to the Canadian side via the bridge (with the appropriate documentation). Please let me know. Thanks!

The Thousand Island cruise will not be available on that date.

Thousand Islands cruise will be closed, it will be replaced by Corning Glass Center.

theater, which is located at the mouth of the Niagara River.

My friend recommended this tour Code: 46-149, because theres ahopping spree included in this tour. this tour costs $595 for 7 days. My cousin and friend is planning to have a tour that includes Canada and they have seen an offer for an 8 day tour (46-153)that is much cheaper than this one(46-149). I am just wondering if your company will also be offering a discounted or spcial offer for this tour. we are not interested to join canada tour coz we've there already. thank you very much... best regards from, Doyet

There are 4 of us taking the 8 days deluxe east coast tour. Is there a way to ask for 2 queen size beds in the same room instead of just getting full size beds? Or to have a roll away bed? Can we pay a little more to get this request fulfilled?

For this tour you will have free time during the San Francisco visit.

The tour guide will let you know what time to be back, and where to meet. We will not be able to pre arrange any excursions you wish to do outside of the tour itinerary and have to be coordinated with the tour guide directly during your travels.

If you make a reservation now for one person you would have to pay the single occupancy rate which would be $868.00

The reservation cost will cover 6 nights accommodations, full buffet breakfast (B); 1 lunch (L); 2 dinners (D): a special welcome dinner with wine at a local restaurant in London and a special farewell dinner with wine at a local restaurant in Paris.
