The Hotels provide Continental style breakfast (coffee, tea, juice, rolls, and jam).
Vegetarian meals are not provided.
When purchasing lunch and dinner vegetable dishes can be requested from the menu.
A professional English speaking tour guide will available to you on the tour.
The tour's current price booking 2 travelers in 1 room is at $2607.14.
Tour prices are based on EUR and are converted into USD. Prices will change day to day, due to the fluctuating currency exchange rates.

Please note that order of day-to-day itinerary is adjustable depending on tour start day.
Local tour provider reserves the right to make modifications to tour arrangements including order of tour activities, hotel and its location if deemed necessary.
If your tour begins 5/25 the last day of the tour will be 5/31 and dismissal at the pick-up location. Place d'Italie (McDonalds Restaurant), 211 Boulevard Vincent Auriol, 75013 Paris, France.
We advise to book departing International flights the next day or if necessary the same day after 11:00pm as the arrivals back to Paris can be as late as 8:00-9:00 pm and you will have to arrange your own transportation to get to your departure airport.

You are right in assuming arrival to Avignon the evening of Dec 12 to Dec 13.
Arrangements to leave should be made with your tour guide.
When making your reservation you can also leave a note concerning your plans in the comment section.
Complimentary pick-up is only available from 7:00am - 10:00pm at the CDG and ORY airports.
Another way to join the tour is to arrange your own transportation to get to the hotel confirmed for the tour's first night checking in anytime past 3:00 pm.

The Group discount of 5% applies when you have a party of 10 or more people.
To share the same bus as another family just make a note in the comment section before booking that you would like to be on the same bus as the other family by cross referencing their reservation number.
The price cannot be adjusted if you choose to leave the tour early.

The current tour price is at $845.00 per person based on single/ double occupancy. The price for single travelers at the moment is at $845.00.We cannot take partial payments and you will have to pay the amount in full when you are making your reservation.
You can leave a note in the comment section if you wish to be with your girlfriend on the same tour. As soon as your co-traveler has made her reservation you can then add their reservation number in the comments section when placing your own order online with a request to ensure travelling together with your girlfriend.

For this tour 81-220 the hotels are included in the price. The hotels do not include meals, but the guide will arrange the meal stops at different restaurants with the meals payable as you go.You are allowed to bring 2 pieces of standard sized check in baggage and 1 carry on.

If you wish to stay in Las Vegas that will be fine, you will have to self dismiss to your desired location.We recommend 2 pieces of standard sized baggage (maximum) for each passenger due to the load limitations of the tour coaches.
