hi,
i am looking forward to join this tour but have some queries listed below,
1.we need vegetarian meals(breakfast, lunch, dinner) if you can arrange
2.can you arrange personalized tour for 4 adults & 20 months old baby
3. i can see you have tour on 27th april which i am interested in, i wanted to know if its a good weather that time.
Meal stops are arranged by your tour guide, while on tour, at various restaurants, buffet area, food courts, and fast food restaurants.
However, we cannot guarantee that each location will offer vegetarian options, but they always tend to have vegetable dishes available from their menus.
At this time we cannot arrange a private tour, the itinerary stays as is.
The weather in the east coast in April should be around 70 degrees, I would suggest looking at a website such as weather.com
Good morning. My friend and I decided to avail this tour code 2-604. The day of tour would be on April 8, 2013. Before finalizing it, we would like to inquire the estimated time the tour ends on the 7th day which is on April 14,2013 so we could know if we could schedule our depature to Manila Philippines on the same day.
Thank you
This tour arrives in Los Angeles on the last day anytime between 7pm and 9pm.
If you wish you to fly out of LAX airport on the same day, please book a US domestic flight after 9:30 p.m. and an international flight after 10:30 p.m.
Hi
Does this trip actually drive through the avenue of the Giants or by pass the old route for the new highway.. Do you see all three of the drive through trees.
Thank you
What is the size and weight of baggage per person that is allowed on this trip? If we bring baggage that is bigger than what is allowed, how much is the surcharge?
Each traveler will be allowed no more than 2 airline standard size/ weight check in (no more than 50 lbs and not more than 62 inches L x W x H) pieces of luggage and 1 carry on.
Hi, I have a question regarding people who arrive into NY a day earlier than the tour starts. Where are we to meet up with our tour group, the place and time? Would I have to show up at EWR, LGA or JFK to meet everyone? Or where is the time and place to meet up on day 1 of the tour? Thank you..Liz.
If you arrive one day before the tour, you have several options to choose from to join the tour:
1) You can meet your tour guide at one of the local NY airports (JFK, LGA, EWR) at a designated point and time on the first day of the tour, regardless if you came in by flight.
The tour guide will still transfer you to the first night's hotel.
2) Since there are no activities on the first day of the tour (except to pick-up arriving guests from the airport), you can self transfer to Chinatown (48 Bowery, New York, NY 10013) to deposit your luggage. (Please carry valuables.)
You can arrange your own day and explore the city as you wish (providing your own transportation).
You would need to get back to the local agency by 4:30pm for a tour guide to transfer you to the first night's hotel.
3) You can self-transfer to the first night's hotel on your own, which is usually located in Newark, NJ.
The first night's hotel is confirmed until after the reservation is confirmed.
Hi, would you be able to tell me how long each tour visit would be, for ex. how long will we be at the empire state building/white house/niagara falls. The optional tours that we see, are they all mandatory? Also, what time in the evening will we leave to check in our hotels?
The exact time that you will be at a location is not available because the itinerary is subject to change depending on weather conditions or traffic.
Typically you spend around 30 minutes to 1 hour at each attraction, depending on the attraction.
You spend an adequate amount of time at each location to provide all passengers with ample photo opportunities.
You can expect to be in Niagara Falls for at least 4 hours.
The optional tours that are listed on our website are not mandatory, but we do recommend that you participate in all of them.
All these excursions are combined with the tour package in order to provide everyone a tour with different activities and locations to sightsee to maximize your tour experience.
Hi, there's two of us planning to go,
We are both students and we aren't America's citizen.
I wonder that will we need to apply for visa,or will it be okay to just bring our passport and I-94!
