Hi Sandy:

Our pick up location at 7:00am from 133-31 39th Ave, Flushing, New York, NY 11354 is about a 15 minute drive to JFK Airport but only a 10 minute drive from LGA airport. The closest pickup location to any airport in NYC is the Flushing pickup location which would be closest to the LGA airport.

Pick up location at 8:00am from 75 Chrystie St, New York, NY 10002, Chinatown is a 17 minute drive to LGA Airport.

Hello, we are 5 person (parent with 3 children (14,12,8 years old), need to confirm some details; 1) how much we have to pay for the total of this tour if we prefer to stay in one family room (e.g.two queen size bed room)? Quad 282 x 4 ?? 2) we arrive LAX on June 12 at 8040pm and would like to join this tour on 14-20 June, planning to stay 2 nights each before and after the tour in Anaheim with walking distance to disneyland, IF we book the hotel extension by ourselves...DO we still get free airport transfer?? also pick up and drop off at the same hotel after tour ?? Thank you

Hi Josefin Leotjhindana:

Maximum room capacity: 4 people including adult and child/infant.

Child price only applies to children in between the ages 2-9 years old.

You will have to book 2 rooms

Room 1: 3 adults

Room2: 1 adult 1 child

Total amount: $1,738 (2 double beds in each room)

We can still provide you airport pick-up on June 14th if you book your own hotel.

The group will arrive back into the Los Angeles area between 6:00pm-6:30pm. Guests will be dropped

off at LAX on the last day of the tour.

We suggest you book the pre tour extension with us at the Howard Johnson Hotel Fullerton (offers shuttles to Disneyland Parks) so we can arrange for an early pickup for you out of LAX for an additional $30.00 only. For your post tour, you can arrange your extensions at the same hotel in which case we will be able to arrange a drop off for you at the property, but you will have to arrange your own transportation back to the airport after your stay.

We currently do not offer any discounts for seniors.

Pricing for children and adults are the same for tours offering the Buy 2 get 2 free pricing which ensures discounted pricing for reservations booking rooms with 3 or 4 guests assigned to each room.

I am trying to compare Tour Codes 46-153 (call it A) versus 82-2350 (call it B) and what the main differences may be. Is your website capable of a side-by-side comparison? They look very similar, but there is a price difference, so I don't want to assume they're the same. I can see right away that for Day 2: Tour B is a full-day tour in NY and the Tour A travels to Philadelphia for the overnight stay there. Tour A includes Hershey's Chocolate World; Tour B does not. From Day 5, both Tours look similar, but I don't want to make that assumption. It seems like Tour A has a price discount (was $694); Tour Be is still $694. Which would be the "better" trip from Day 5? Also, For either tours (with buy 2 get 1 free); the price is the same of double occupancy and triple occupancy, so of course we would sign up for triple occupancy. BUT, would we be penalized if the 3rd person cannot make the trip due to some unforseen reason?

Hi Cheryl:

Both of these tours are alike, there are no difference in quality.

The only thing that is different is that tour 82-2350 has a 2-Night hotel accommodation in New York,

while tour 46-153 spends one night in New York, and one night in Philidelphia and is on sale.

Buy 2 Get 1 Free requires all 3 guests to stay in the same hotel room.

Cancellations of the Free Passenger(s) within 10 days of tour departure and No-shows on the tour

departure date will be assessed penalty fee per passenger, that will be paid in cash by the other

participating travelers of the reservation. This is a mandatory fee to be collected by the tour guide in

order to participate on the tour.

We are a group of 6 of which 5 are senior citizens. Foe tour over 2 days, will there be aguide to explain the history of the tourist points to be covered through the hop-on-hop off coach? How many passenger coach is it? Is there a possibility of a smaller coach with a guide to accommodate exclusive gp of 6 ?

The tour is not guided, but there will be pre recorded audio commentaries and overviews for the locations that you will be passing through and stopping at. The tour bus seats about about 30 travelers and is an independent style tour that cannot be customized or arranged as a guided private tour.
