Q:
My wife and I will like to join the tour starting on 19 Jun 2010. On clicking the Calculate button the computer displayed USD1087.68 ie USD543.84 pp NOT USD1036.00 518.00x2 after USD20 discount ! Why the difference ? Is there an optional tour to Crazy Horse ? If not why not include this place as it is quite near Rushmore and is a popular spot. TQ.

Hi Mike Ong: The $20 discount is per order, not per person. There is also a 3% transaction fee added to each reservation. This tour does not have an optional tour to Crazy Horse. Not all tours have this sight, but if you are open to other similar tours with that sight, please consider the ones below. The tour departure locations are different. https://www.tours4fun.com/7-day-mt-rushmore-and-yellowstone--airtour-package.html https://www.tours4fun.com/7-day-bus-tour-of-mt-rushmore-and-yellowstone-bus-tour.html https://www.tours4fun.com/7-day-mt-rushmore-and-yellowstone-bus-tour-b.html Thank you for your inquiry. Hi Gillian Kevan: Please note that we do not offer pick up at Los Gatos. Please consider the Marina Food Supermarket, 10122 Bandley Dr, Cupertino, CA 95014 departure location as it is the closest to Los Gatos. This tour does not visit Crazy Horse Thank you for your inquiry. Jamie - Customer Service Rep. www.tours4fun.com

Hi Geri: We highly suggest that you have a friend or family member drop you off at the pick location you desire for the tour. We do not guarantee any of our drop off locations to be safe for parking your car overnight for several days. Please have someone drop you off for the tour instead of parking your car at our pick up location. Thank you for your inquiry. Crystal - Customer Service Rep. www.tours4fun.com

Q:
Hi, I am interested in this tour, I was just wondering how much time is spent at each place. I have seen there is a large amount of travelling time (obviously!) and I would hate not being able to spend much time at each stop. Many thanks, Owen

Hi Owen: Depending on the popularity of each sight, the traffic conditions, and other possible setbacks, the tour should allow passengers around 30 - 90 minutes at each stop for sight seeing. Thank you for your inquiry. Jamie - Customer Service Rep. www.tours4fun.com

Q:
I would like to book my retired parents on this tour as a surprise for their 30th wedding anniversary. In reading the Q&A on this site I noticed that you have a lot of Chinese speaking customers and also Chinese tour guides. I understand that the tours are conducted in English as well as Chinese; however, my parents do not hear very well and it would be more difficult for them if their tour guide's first language was not English. Is there any way to guarantee an American tour guide? This is the only thing that is holding me back from pursuing this tour.

Hi Karen: The tour itself is a bilingual tour as it is very popular among Asian customers. However, we have seen more and more US domestics and prehaps foreigners to join in the tour in recent years. And we always have our best tour guide to lead this group. So far, we never received a single complaint against this tour and its language. Most guests enjoyed the tour very much due to its good accomadation and well-designed route. Thank you for your inquiry. Joanna - Customer Service Rep. www.tours4fun.com

Hi Renolle Volz: You should have plenty of time to make your flight out of DEN on the last day of the tour as it is well past 5:30 pm, but the tour usually arrives at the airport by 4-4:40 pm. Thank you for your inquiry. Steve - Customer Service Rep. www.tours4fun.com

We booked our Denver tour last weekend. Wanted to know if they still have optional tours for Crazy Horse, Glenwood Hot Springs, Bingham Coppermine tour and Bear World that you pay for separate? What service fees do we pay for the tour guide and driver? What type of restaurants do we stop for meals?

Hi Renolle Volz: The tour will still have the optional tours available. The service fee will be a total of $6 per day. The restaurant will include a food court type of setting for lunch and during dinner time, the tour guide will more than likely take you to a buffet setting. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thank you for your inquiry. Jasmine- Customer Service Rep. www.tours4fun.com
