Q: If one of our member have to be late and fly to Denver at night (after 10pm) for the first day, can she meet up with us at the hotel which we stay? For the hotel information, we will not be able to inform you which hotel we will stay for the hotel information would be given out 3 days prior to departure date. However, usually, we stay the hotel which is not far from the airport. it takes half an hour from airport to the hotel Courtyard Marriott which is located at 6565 South Boston Street, Greenwood Village, CO 80111, United States. Q: We're interested in 7-Day Rushmore and Yellowstone Bus tour on June 30, 2010. Since we depart from the East Coast, we plan to arrive in Denver a night before, would you help us book the hotel? (We'll also stay an extra night at the end of the tour). If I arrive in Denver in the afternoon on June 29, how can we get to the hotel? Is there a free shuttle running between the airport and hotel? The hotel offers free shuttle service and the additional price per room per night is at $99.00. By booking a pre tour extensions, you would simply have to take a shuttle back to the airport to meet up with the group.
