Dear Julia, I have booked the USLA2-121 tour (7day Mt Rushmore & Yellowstone) departing from Las Vegas on Sat 12th June. My questions are:-
(a) Can you give me some directions (landmarks) where is the Tropical Bus Stop in Las Vegas to embark on this tour? I can't seem to find Tropical Hotel on the Internet. They only have Tropicana Hotel. Are the two the same? If not what is the address of Tropical Hotel?
(b) Not knowing that the tour will arrrive back at Las Vegas on the 6th day (17th June) only after 8:30 pm, I have unfortunately paid for an airticket to depart from Las Vegas airport by WestJet Airlines (WS1401) at 9:10 pm to Calgary. Since I am now unable to catch my flight if I continue on the coach tour to Las Vegas, I am planning to FLY down from Salt Lake City on the 5:08pm flight from Salt Lake City to Las Vegas to catch the WS1401 WestJet flight departing at 9:10 pm. My question is what time will the tour bus leave Salt Lake City for Las Vegas after the morning City Tour?, I hope it will be before 2:30 pm so that I can complete the morning SLC city tour and then proceed to the SLC Airport in time to catch the 5:08pm flight to Las Vegas. Please confirm & advise me ASAP so that I can book my flight from SLC to Las Vegas without delay. Tq
Hi Toh WN:
The tour pickup is out of the TROPICANA HOTEL located at 3801 Las Vegas Blvd S Las Vegas, NV 89109. On day 6 of the tour, the group will usually leave Salt Lake City heading for Las Vegas by about 2:00 pm.
Thank you for your inquiry.

We have tried to book a tour using your Easy Book tour no USSF06-190 at the price shown of 538 dollars but it shows as 558 each in the price breakdown. Can you verify the 538 and we will book; Thank you
Hi Gillian Kevan:
The total price as quoted online before booking usually includes the additional 3% transaction fee, but the base price per person for 2 people booking one room would only be $538.00.

I am interested in 7day. Mt rushmore and yellowstone bus tour package that starts in denver, co. on may 22nd, 2010. My question is that do we have a time for a snake river float trip in grand tetons national park on this package?. Thanks.
Hi Melanie:
Thank you for your inquiry. Regarding Snake River float trip, we will not have enough time for it. Because we only drive along the winding Snake River. Thanks for your understanding.

Hello, Flight times from the East coast are inconvenient for the start and end of the tour, arriving too late add departing too early. This means I would have to spend one night before and after the tour in Salt Lake City. Could you tell me what the cost would be for a single in a hotel that you have an arrangement with? Thanks, george
Hi George:
We will be happy to offer you an extension at the Red Lion Hotel (Salt Lake City Downtown) for a low rate of only $89.00 per room per night. Prices will be subject to reconfirmation.
Thank you for your inquiry.

I would like to bring my elderly parents along for the tour. They are both in their 60s and 70s. They can go for leisurely walks but not for too long a distance. So, I would like to ask what the level of activity would be for the Yellowstone National Park part of the tour. Would there be a lot of hiking done?
Hi Madeleine:
Comparatively, this Yellowstone is a leisurely one among all our Yellowstone tours. We also had quite a few elderly guests enjoying it, so there should be no problem for your parents to join in the tour.
Thank you for your inquiry.
