Q: Telephone connection lousy. Please respond in email to following: I think I understood your CR to say you can get clients stay at Radison at the SFO and you can provide pick up there for the USSFO6-190 Yellowstone tour, is that correct. If we came in on Thursday night for same tour could we stay at Radison and then be picked up for San Francisco tour on Friday and return to Radison Friday night and then be picked up at airport on Saturday morning to meet time constraints for same tour. On 7th day return, what time is estimated return to bay area for return flight planning? Could we get dropped off at Radison at airport and depart on Saturday morning instead of trying to make flight reservations for 7th night? Do you provide travel insurance through your company? Sent these same questions via email three days ago and have not received response. Please provide answers so I can complete reservations etc on line for either May 22 or May 29 tours, if they are not already full. Thank you in advance for your assistance. View answers (1) A: |
2010-04-05 16:31:45 Hi Lester Kennedy: If you book the pre tour extnesions as part of the package, we can arrange for your pickup out of the hotel on the first day of the Yellowstone tour. We do not normally recommend you arrange your flights out of SFO on the last day of the tour, as no transfers out are included and arrival back to San Francisco can be as late as 7:30 pm at times. For more information on our travel insurance offered, please check on the list below: http://www.travelinsure.com/what/selecthigh.asp?32974 As the package does not normally include transfers out after the tour, we can add it on for an additional $90.00 for 2 travelers.
