6-Day Yellowstone, Grand Teton & Mt. Rushmore Tour From

Q:
Sorry, forgot to include this other question: From past experiences, do October tours suffer from any inconveniences? i.e. weather, accommodations, park hours etc. I notice Oct 2 is the last tour date, so I'm thinking if this is marginal in terms of predictability or consistency. Will it be more enjoyable to book a tour date that is one or two weeks earlier? Would you advise it, if we could still arrange our schedule? Thanks.

Hi Jean C:

Visiting Yellowstone in October should be fine, the only real inconvenience is weather. It is usually colder during this time of the year. We do advise that you arrange your tour earlier if possible to avoid the colder weather condition. There should be no problem with park hours or accommodation, however during this time of the year some shops may be closed.

Q:
Hi! Our group of 5 adults are planning to join the USDV2-120 on Oct 2. If we fly into DEN on UA848, ETA is 11:03. Will we be able to make it to your 11:30 pick-up time after we have collected our bags? I know we can take a taxi to our hotel, but it's the thought of missing the city tour that saddens us, since we won't have the chance to do it on our own. Does the guide leave the fountain area ON THE DOT? We're hoping he'll make allowances by checking also with the desk if the flight or luggage services have suffered any delay. Thanks!

Hi Jean C:

The tour guide usually leaves the around 11:30am on the dot.  However you may call us a day before departure to get the tour guide information so that you can be in contact with him. You will have to call him once you arrive so that he can accommodate you.

Hi Renolle:

You were looking at a different tour than the one that provides a coors brewery visit.

This tour linked below has a visit to the Coors Brewery.

Be sure to make not of our "tour codes" to help ensure you take the proper tour because some tours, although they look the same, may have subtle differences.

Hi Mona:

You would need to get at least 2 rooms. This tour's bus ride leaving from San Francisco may be a bit heavy, but; we do try to stop every 2 hours to give you a scenic rest stop.

This tour does not require a lot of walking but some tour guides may opt to do a small hike. If you do not want her or she is unable to hike, just let the tour guide know and enjoy the awesome scenery

Q:
Last question hopefully! For the 'Buy 2 Get 1 Free' deal - when it comes to putting in our credit card details to pay, does it evenly charge all three of us (say, $312) or will the 1st 2 get charged $468 and the last person not have to pay? I may have found 2 companions, but we each are in different locations and do not know each other. Thanks again for the prompt answer when it comes. :)

PLEASE CHECK THIS ANSWER

You would split the 2 person price evenly amongst the 3 of you. So you would use the companion reservation system when booking this tour. The tour would be processed after all 3 of you pay your parts of the tour.

Congradulations on finding your 3 companions!

Hi Vicki Smith:

Most of the hotels do not offer a complimentary breakfast.

Please check the pricing section below for what the tour price includes and excludes.

Q:
Hi again, If I was to book the tour for 2 people and then later we come across another companion, are we able to add that person to our reservation without a charge? Also, if we can, are our credit cards charged later so that we are able to pay the reduced price? Thanks Laura

Hi Laura Hardie:

You would need to make sure the 3rd person is going before you book the tour. If you add a person after you book for 2, we might not have space available for the 3rd person. There will also be a amendment fee for adding another person. You would need to work the credit card charges amongst yourselves, usually we only authorize a hold until your ticket has been issued. Also remember, buy 2 get 1 free is applicable to 3 people sharing 1 room.

Thank you for your inquiry.

Hi Kate:

The first day of the tour is only for guests self check into hotel. It is fine as long as the checkin time is after 3pm. However, you please email or call us one day prior to the departure date to obtain the tour guide's cell and discuss with him/her the next day's meeting details and tour schedule.
