Please offer us all your flight information at Airport pick-up & drop-off: Which Airline / flight number / from which city / to which city / arrival time(For example: AA 3671 LAX / DEN 11:00 AM ARV).

Due to the popularity of Yellowstone tours during the summer season, we suggest that you book Yellowstone tours 1-2 months in advance.
We are supposed to update the available seats at 6:00pm every business day.
Please note that placing an order on Tours4fun does not guarantee confirmation of a tour; Tours4fun will usually confirm a booking within 1-2 days.
We always recommend you book your flight tickets after you receive tour confirmation. Tours4fun will not be responsible if you book your flight tickets and your tour cannot be confirmed.

Please note that the Canyon Lodge is open from 05/14/2014~ 09/24/2014. For rest of season, we will stay in West Yellowston in stead of Canyon Lodge.

Cancellation Policy (Please note that CHANGE FEE and CANCELLATION FEE is the same):
1. 32 or more Days Prior to Departure Dates, 10% Reservation cost;
2. 17-31 Days Prior to Departure Date, 25% Reservation Cost;
3. 10-16 Days Prior to Departure Date, 50% Reservation Cost;
4. 8-9 Days Prior to Departure Date, 75% Reservation Cost;
5. 7 Days Prior to Departure Date, 100% Reservation Cost.
6. If the free-fare passenger(s) who enjoy our buy 2 get 1 free promotion is cancelled, there is no refund for the the additional fee of the free person once the tour is confirmed

Flight information must be provided in order for the airport transfer services to be arranged. At our discretion, if flight information is not provided or provided last minute, your reservation will be noted as a self transfer and no airport transfer services will be arranged. If you decide to self transfer to the tour's first night's hotel, please inform us at your earliest convenience. If you opt out of a transfer service, you may reinstate the airport transfer service if notification to reinstate the service is given well in advance of the tour's departure. Urgent requests to reinstate airport transfer services will not be guaranteed. If a flight is delayed, Tours4fun/ local provider will attempt to arrange a later airport transfer service, however; this later service is not guaranteed. If an airport transfer service is not available and cannot be provided, all guests are responsible for self transferring to the tour's first night's hotel.

Spring/Summer: wear lightweight clothing and comfortable shoes.
Fall/Winter: wear layered clothing in the winter to ensure comfort in the cold weather.

In order to protect your own property, please bring any valuable items with you at any time. Please do not leave any valuable items on the bus/hotel/attraction/restaurant etc. Tours4fun, local operators, drivers and tour guides will not take any responsibility for any theft loss at any location.

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
The time we mentioned in the itinerary is for reference only. Please refer to your guide on tour for the actual arrangement. The visiting order and duration might be changed according to actual and practical situation for better service.
This tour/activity is overseen by a select local operator in the region. Upon booking your tour or activity and after receiving confirmation, you will be issued an e-ticket detailing the local operator's name and contact information. If you require assistance finding a specific tour, please contact us for more information.

*** Offers are provided and confirmed only on an availability basis. Once confirmed, the reservation cannot be changed or removed without a Cancellation Fee. If cancellation of free-fare passenger(s) is made at least 16 days before tour departure date, the reservation will be subject to a $30 Amendment Fee plus the amount for the paid participating travelers.

*Cancellations of the Free Passenger(s) within 16 days of tour departure and No-Shows on the tour departure date will be assessed $358 penalty fee per room, that will be paid in cash by the other participating travelers of the reservation. This is a mandatory fee to be collected by the tour guide on the date of tour departure in order to participate on the tour.

*Price for Single Occupancy applies when one person stays in one standard hotel room.

*Price for Double/Triple/Quadruple Occupancy applies when two/three/four people stay in one standard hotel room respectively.

*Triple/Quadruple price does not guarantee a third/fourth bed in the room since each room is equipped with 2 beds. Please check the availability at the time of check-in.

*Price for child applies when a child under 12 years old staying in one standard room as a third or fourth person. (NOTE: In order to keep a smooth journey, we suggest you NOT bring any child under the age of 2.)

7 days tour to Yellostone

Tour guide Roberta and Bus driver were excellent. They have treated us so nicely This tour has covered so many places but we did not felt long sitting in the bus or get tired. We are already planning to take next tour.

Great Tour

We just completed this tour. Tour company was PCC. It caters to chinese americans as well as Chinese Nationals. we were aware of this going in. Tour guide David needed to speak in 3 languages, English Cantonese and mandarin. The bus driver Justin as well as tour guide David did an excellent job making us feel comfortable as well as welcome with the group. As it turns out most of the Chinese folks spoke English and we had a great time with them. Itinerary was great. We covered lots of great stuff that we never would have done on our own. Days were long but well planned by David. Hotels were good, considering price we payed for tour. A great value. We did rush from place to place but in most cases enough time was given to see that attraction. I would recommend tour. I like to pack as much into my trips as posibile and we did just that. Again I will mentioned the great job bus driver Justin did handling customers as well as his profesionism driving the bus. David was a pleasure to deal with as well, and knew each location extremely well, he was well prepared.

Trip was well worth the money. Our guide Will was very good and Paul the driver was excellant. We were not told where to meet the group or the name of the tour providers or that we were on a chinnese speaking tour. I feel more info should be given to your depature on the name of the tour company we were looking for Tours 4 Fun which no one at the airport new what we were talking abou. I called the emergency # to find out. A little upsetting. The tour is tiring but well worth it.

It\'s worthy of my money!

We took the optional Crazy Horse Memorial tour, which was beautiful. Also, finally getting to see Mt. Rushmore was a dream come true. I had always wanted to see it since learning about it in school. Our tour guide also taught us so much about the history and interesting facts on each attraction.
