Redemption Rate: 100 points = $1. No maximum limit; you could even enjoy a free trip!
Please Note: If points cover the full order amount, a minimum payment of $1 is required.

3.Book Travel Products
You must be logged in and purchase regular-priced, multi-day tour products from Tours4Fun to earn points. The earning ratio is 1:2 ($1 USD spent = 2 points earned). Fractional amounts are rounded to the nearest whole number for points calculation. For example:
• Order amount: $100.10 → 200 points earned
• Order amount: $100.50 → 202 points earned
Important: Points are not awarded for group buys, special offers, flash sales, early bird deals, cruises, visas, air tickets, one-day tours, ticket-only purchases, or orders where a coupon/promo code was used.
4.Participate in Points Promotions
Actively participate in various member events hosted by Tours4Fun to earn bonus points, typically ranging from 100 to 1000 points.
5.Submit Reviews on Tours4Fun
After your trip concludes, each traveler can submit one review.
• Earn 200 points for a text review containing more than 50 words.
• Earn 50 points for each photo uploaded (maximum 9 photos for 450 points per reviewer).
• Each traveler can earn up to 650 points per review. More travelers mean more reviews and more points!

Click Here >>Log in to your Tours4Fun account and go to Account Center > Points to view your points details and history.
2.Are points credited to my account instantly?
Points from product purchases are credited to your account after your completed trip. Points from promotional activities are typically credited after the event concludes; please refer to the specific activity's terms and conditions.
3.Do points expire?
Points you earn remain in your account indefinitely; there is no expiration date.
4.What is the cash value of points?
100 points = $1.00 USD. No maximum redemption limit; you could enjoy a free trip!

5.How do I use points to discount my trip cost?
During checkout, on the payment information page, you will see a "Redeem Points" button. Clicking this button will automatically apply your available points to the order.
On the order confirmation page, you will see the cash amount discounted by using points. Once the order is confirmed, the points used will be automatically deducted from your Tours4Fun points balance.
6.Is there a minimum points requirement for redemption?
Currently, there is no minimum points balance required to redeem points.
7.Do all products earn points?
No. Points are only awarded for logged-in purchases of regular-priced, multi-day tour products. Points are not awarded for cruises, special offers, group buys, flash sales, air tickets, visas, or orders where a coupon/promo code was used.
8.Do I earn points on purchases where I use points for payment?
Yes, for eligible products (regular-priced multi-day tours). You will earn points based on the actual cash amount you pay after points redemption.
9.Do I get points just for registering?
Yes, you receive 100 points for completing registration. You also earn points for completing your personal profile.
10.Why didn't I receive points for my shared photos or review?
Your reviews and photos must meet the following requirements:
• Must be original content.
• Must be relevant to the specific tourist attraction or tour itinerary.
• Cannot duplicate content you have already posted.
• Content must be objective and credible.
• Must not contain spam, commercial advertising, or links for such purposes.
• Must not be abusive, harassing, or threaten the personal safety of others.
Tours4Fun reserves the right to block or delete reviews/photos that violate these guidelines.
Tours4Fun reserves the right for its staff to correct typos in content.
Tours4Fun is not liable in any way for reviews and photos submitted by customers.
11.Can I transfer points to another account?
Points are tied to the account they were earned in and are non-transferable to other accounts.
12.Can points and coupons be used together?
Yes, points and coupons can be used together on the same order. For example: If you purchase a tour with a 38% off coupon (paying 62% of the original price) and have 10,000 points in your account, the final price would be (Original Price * 0.62) - $100, allowing you to enjoy a great deal!
13.How are refunds handled for orders where points were used?
Cancellation/Change due to Customer Reason (e.g., schedule conflict, visa denial): Points used are generally not refunded first. The remaining cash paid will be refunded according to the cancellation/change policy terms.
Cancellation/Change due to Tours4Fun Reason (e.g., booking failure): Both the points used and the cash amount paid will be refunded (points to your points balance, cash via the original payment method).
