This tour does not offer the option to upgrade your hotel accommodations. The tour does not depart on Friday, August 10. Currently the only available departure dates left for August is August 11, 25, or 28.

Q: I have booked a trip for the yellowstone trip for 4 Sept. I would like to know if you have other americans thus far booked for that date..also how many seats does the bus have...my seat number is 36 and that seems to be rather in the back of the bus..do we rotate seats....if I need an additional hotel for the date of departure who do I let know...I cannot find a flight that leaves after 5:30 to my home destination...can I just let the hotel know or does your company handle this...thank you..ms. This tour will have other Americans from the US (of different ethnic backgrounds) travelling on this tour. Currently there are still openings for your tour departure date.
Each bus will have 61 seats available. Seats are rotated daily or every other day by the tour guide's direction. Passengers will each have the opportunity to sit at the front, middle, and end of the bus for equal opportunities to view the sights.
We will send you an e-mail for hotel extension accommodation that we can offer to you. You are also welcome to book your own hotel extension through our hotel partner at: http://travel.ian.com/hotel/search
Each passenger will be responsible for loading and unloading their baggage on the tour bus.
There will be a 45min - 1 hour stop in Jackson Hole, Wyoming for sightseeing and shopping.

You will need to be in Las Vegas by 2:45PM for tour departure. The vehicle will proceed to St. George promptly at 3PM. There is no other vehicle available to transfer passengers to St. George. We do not recommend that you self transfer from Las Vegas to St. George, as there will be difficulties in meeting up with the tour group at the hotel. Please make arrangements to arrive into Las Vegas before 2:00PM or arrive a day before on Sept 21.

Q: I find a travel companion via travel companions in your website to join this trip. We would like to go this trip together but would like to pay our own portion ($508) of the trip separately. In addition, our pickup location will be Las Vegas but my dropoff location will be Los Angeles and hers will be Las Vegas. We have several questions. (1) how to book it in our situation? (2) how to pay our own portion of this trip ($508) separately from the same booking? (3) Is it OK that she has a different dropoff than mine?
