Yes, you can choose to skip day one's Denver city tour and self check into the first night hotel after 3:00pm. However, there is no price reduction for not joining any part of the tour as it is a packaged one and can not be priced seperately.

Hey, I was wondering if I could please find out how many seats are left for the August 4th trip?
Also, if I find a companion, or maybe 2, what room option do we pick? The '1' or the 'share room' option. What is the difference between these.
Thanks.
There are plenty of seats still currently available for the August 4 departure, but please note that availability is always subject to change. By selecting the share room option, you can book for a number of travelers where each traveler would have to pay his/ her share of the total fare.

Hi Laura:
There are still enough seats available to accommodate 2 more passengers for the August 4 trip. If you do find a Travel Companion for this tour, please use the Share Room option in order to pay for your tour separately. You will each be required to have a login account to access the reservation separately and pay for your tour.

Hi,
For Disney Land and Universal Studios, are we supposed to buy the tickets by ourselves or just give cash to tour operators?
And, also around what time will we reach San Francisco at the end of this tour?
Thanks a bunch.
Hi, there,
Could you please let me know the flight schedule in and out from LAX?
I am sorry that I can't find the flight information for this trip, thanks!!
The flight information will be provided in the e-ticket when you successfully reserve for this tour. If you have already booked this tour, please give us a reservation or order number and we will be able to help you further.

Hello, I am interested in the trip in the middle of Augast and I have two questions:
1. For the package incluing airfare, may I ask when is the flight in Sat.?
Is there specific flight setting out from California? or could I book the flight by myself? How about the fight retuning to California?
2. As I will go to US from overseas, I am worried that if the trip might be cancelled under some circumstances, such as fewer people. Therefore, I would like to know how many days ahead will you confirm the trip? Is it possible to cancel the trip of Aug. ?
Thanks for your assistance.
Yellowstone tours are very hot in August and seldom get cancelled, except for extreme conditions. We recommend that you please buy travel insurance to minimize the risk of loss.

Hi, I have found a companion on this site for this tour starting August 4th. I was wondering if there is a safe way to pay so that if you have been scammed you won't be out of a few hundred dollars? Can you pay separately per reservation, or does it only take one credit/debit card transaction? Thanks.
The way the travel companion works ensures that we do not complete the reservation unless all the travel companions pay for their share of the tour package price. If one of the travelers fail to make payment after a certain time for a travel companion booking, the reservation is canceled and we reverse all charges for the travelers that have completed their payments.

hi, i want to ask in the 408$ price is it includes the 6 meals yet? because I saw in the price that it is included but in the booking section there is the meals plan with upgrades prices so I'm confused.
The $408 does not include meals or optional tours. $408 is the price of one person on a tour of 2 people sharing one room. This tour does allow you to upgrade and have meals included, however; the price will be different. You can use the price calculator to find the price of an upgraded tour.

I see you say the tour guide/driver supposedly should pay $7.00 per day however, if I am going alone I already pay the extra cost...my question is ...is this an option to pay or not to pay. Thanks.
For 1 person using 1 room, the tour price is $768 because one person will pay for the whole room. You can search for a travel companion to go on this tour with you if you would like to split the room cost. Linked below:
Hi. I'm comparing USDV2-120 side-by-side with USDV85-3103. Both are 6n/7d tours, the latter one being $20 cheaper. However, if I add up the optional tours, they become markedly different. Just to confirm: For USDV2-120, if we want to see EVERYTHING, total cost would be 468@@plush;17@@plush;40=$525, correct? Whereas USDV85-3103 total would be 448@@plush;10@@plush;15@@plush;2@@plush;15=$490, yes? Just wanted to be careful because I'm booking for friends as well (we're a group of 5 adults), and I have to give them fair warning. We're looking at the Sept 18-24 tour. Btw, where and what is Bear Country? I don't see any description/mention in both itineraries. It costs $15, and I'm curious. Thanks for your help.
A major difference between USDV2-120 and USDV85-3103 lies on day 7 of the tour.
USDV2-120: Day 7 visits Glenwood Springs - Rocky Mountains - Denver USDV85-3103: Day 7 visits Grand Junctions - Eisenhower Tunnel - Denver
So that would be the main reason for the price difference. The additional Glenwood Springs trip for USDV2-120.
Let me calculate the total for you below (tour price including optional tours): Because you have 5 people (assuming all adults), you need 2 room because max occupancy per room is 4 people. So I have put 3 people in one room and 2 people in another room.
Remember, we have a buy 2 get 1 free discount for both tours. So I cannot give you a "per person" rate for the tour price.
USDV2-120 (2 rooms, 5 people): $1,872.00 USDV2-120 (all optional tours): $17 + $40 = $57 per person * 5 people = $285 USDV2-120 (service fee, not opitional) $7 per person per day * 5 people = $35 Total = $2,192
USDV85-3103 (2 rooms, 5 people) $1793 USDV85-3103 (all optional tours): $10 + $15 + $2 + $15 = $42 per person * 5 people = $210 USDV85-3103 (service fee, not opitional) $7 per person per day * 5 people = $35 Total = $2,038
The prices above do not include meals, room service, and personal shopping.
