Why do we have to pay a service fee of $12 per person as well as a surcharge for transport???
Don't you'll give a discount for a family of 4? It's quite expensive to pay so much for a family per person for all the days.

The service fee of minimum of $12.00 per person is for the tour guide/bus driver, it will be paid in cash during the tour. For the transportation surcharge, it is a mandatory fee that needs to paid during the booking which is $30.00/Person).
The tour is discounted for the 3rd and 4th person in the room. Additionally, you can apply the promo code "lucky_2024" for the additional discount.

The inclusion meal for the dinner in this tour package is an Indian meal. However, meal breaks will be arranged at different food courts and fast food restaurants. You can check each meal location while on tour for the meal types offered.

Please refer to the cancelation policy below.
Cancellation policy:
- 33 working days and more prior to departure date: 25 Euro applies;
- 13-32 working days prior to departure date: 10% penalty + 25 Euro applies;
- 4-12 working days prior to departure date: 25% penalty +25 Euro apples;
- 3 working days or less prior to departure date: 100% penalty applies.

Yes, this tour package includes airport pick up and drop off.
We can book your hotel extension for you. However, there will be a drop off service fee as the complimentary transfer services are only available on the first day and last day of the tour.
Normally, we process bookings within 1-2 business days. If you will not receive any update from us, you can contact us for follow up.
Rest assured, we always update our customers about the status of their booking whether it's confirmed or not.
