Q: Myself and wife would like to take a package tour to Hawaii during Jan/Feb 09. Q: Hi, my friend and I will be taking Cathay Pacific Airline, arriving at JFK on 17Sep @ 22:00. We are keen to join the 6D East Coast Deluxe Tour Package that starts on 17Sep (Wed). Is this particular date/package available? Noted that airport transport is available till 22:00. Q: I would like to join this 5 day east coast tour package with my family on the 19 Oct. However, my flight will only reach the NY airport by about late noon. I was wondering if its possible for me to join the tour while in Philidelphia and what time do you depart to Philidelphia from New York so I can meet up with the tour. Please advise. 2008-08-08 20:08:25 Hi PC: Depending on the tour guide and progression of the tour in New York, the time of departure to Philadelphia will vary. It is most likely going to be in the late afternoon. Our best advice is to obtain the tour guide's cell phone number the day before the tour so you may contact the tour guide to arrange for pick up. Please note that you will need to arrange for your own transportation to one of the tour destinations in order to meet up with the rest of the group. Another advice for you is to self transfer to the Day 1 hotel in Philadelphia in case you flight delays. Thank you for your inquiry.
